Hi. I'm bisexual amd I want to tell my family, but I'm worried that they will be mad and angry at me. Any suggestions? PLEASE HELP!

When breaking news to family members, I find it easier to tell the person who is least likely to get upset and مزید likely to assist in telling the rest of the family. I found that my Mom was easier to tell that my Dad, so I usually told her first.

If your Mom is like my Mother, I found the easiest time to tell her something, was of course before Dad got ہوم and my brothers weren't in earshot, but also, if she and I were working on something together, like cooking supper, یا watching our soaps (during the commercials).

I say news, because this could relate to any type of news that آپ may think your family may not take favourably, but they should know. In my case it was stuff dealing with school / یونیورسٹی / job.

Rehearsing what آپ will say to the people آپ have the hardest time talking to may help. Bouncing ideas off of the person آپ think the easiest to tell helps, too.

If آپ have a partner, decide if your partner and آپ will tell your families together, یا each separately.

Also, it may be helpful to say a little prayer for God's assistance.
