Hello again--I've been going through عملی حکمت on Hulu like there's no tomorrow. Below are my three latest conquests. I think I'm going to take a break and watch F-Troop and MASK on DVD.
Moeyo Ken TV—Taking place in historical Kyoto during a World’s Fair, this عملی حکمت has a rather nostalgic setting. But all is not strictly historical—in this Kyoto, monsters and humans live side سے طرف کی side. Our heroes round up unlicensed monsters. Plus there’s a bit of harem mayhem going on, all because the company president’s sweetheart of a son, Ryuunosuke, came back to Kyoto after years in Shanghai. At first, I accepted that Ryuunosuke was going to get together with the sweet waitress. But when one of the monster-hunting heroines, Kaoru Okita, fell for him, my allegiances switched.
There’s a funny thing about Ryuunosuke—he tends to die a lot. Luckily, his companion, a cat monster, has nine lives to share with him.
Blessing of the Campanella—A عنوان as sweet and sentimental as this got a TV-MA rating? Well, true, there are some bath scenes, but the bodies are drawn in fashion doll style, not detailed. And the girls sometimes get fresh with each other, but that seems مزید like a Japanese thing than a homosexual thing.
Now, on to the story: Leicester, the boy who is as nice as can be, the boy every girl wants, heads a company called Oasis, which can be hired out for “quests”. There is one other guy in Oasis, Nick. Then there are the gals: Carina, Agnes, Chelsea, and Nina. Watching on is Leicester’s young-looking, mischievous mother, Shelley. Not far from Oasis, a rival business, the Tortilla Company, has their headquarters, run سے طرف کی sisters سالسا, ہوا سالسا and Ritos. Who also want Leicester.
One enchanted night, Leicester and his دوستوں are watching a شاور of “El energy” from on سب, سب سے اوپر the local campanella. One burst hits the building, and Leicester goes to investigate. He awakens an automaton, sort of a historical version of an android. Her name is Minette, and she is the blessing of the campanella. With her childlike innocence and a دل (well, “core”) full of love, she lives up to her destiny.
Dragonaut: The Resonance—Dragons are coming to destroy the Earth! The only hope is in Earth-hatched dragons and their riders, the Dragonauts. A Dragonaut forms a relationship with a dragon through a mystical bond called resonance.
All this matters little at first to Jin, who lost his parents and sister in a shuttle crash. He has been living the gloomy life for the past couple of years, even shutting out his best friend, Kazuki. Then a mysterious girl saves Jin’s life and tells him he doesn’t need to be alone ever again. He is instantly smitten. The girl, Toa, ends up being a dragon.
The two chaste lovers get caught up in the Dragonaut war. Kazuki is fighting, too, but when the dragon meant for him, Gio, bonds with Jin instead, Kazuki goes over the edge and makes it his mission to kill his former best friend.
This عملی حکمت was a bit slow and confusing at first, but then things got to be so intense that I couldn’t wait to find out what happened next. The one thing I was hoping for most was that Jin and Kazuki would reconcile—I have a thing for male/male friendships. The way Jin refused Kazuki’s friendship when he was first orphaned made me sympathetic towards Kazuki, no matter how crazed he became. And it made me a little less fond of the couple of Jin and Toa than I usually am for عملی حکمت couples. After all, Toa tells him he need not be alone, but he wouldn’t have been alone if he hadn’t shunned Kazuki. I’m the kind who believes as long as آپ have a friend, آپ are not alone; آپ don’t need a lover.
But, hey, there was a happy ending, so all’s well that ends well.
Post script: This series features some females with enormous boobs that hang out of their outfits like the women gave up trying to find clothes that fit. If I had seen pictures of these characters before viewing the show, I probably would have skipped over it, but the دکھائیں is so much مزید than giant breasts.
