I am trying to say it,but I am too lazy to right 3/4 extra letters at the end of people's names.

Rarely; I'll only attach them if it's something they're primarily referred to in an anime. I think people who randomly attach them to any old character's name sound like posers. xD

Depends on the character, not usually though.

Usually I tend to do it a lot I use honorifics a lot when it comes to referring anime characters however with characters like Ed and CC I don't use honorifics with but aside from them I usually do use them for basically any character.

I usually don't ^^ to me it sounds a bit weird especially when I'm talking about them in english
