And for those of you who haven't head about The Kingmaking and are curious: it's the first book of an amazingly written trilogy by Helen Hollick. It focuses on Arthur and Guinevere's love story, and it really brings ages old tales of the two full circle. It can at times be extremely difficult to read because it can be brutal and horrible, but A/G's love story transcends everything else in the novels.

Read it and loved it. Guinevere was portayed amazingly, but Arthur's character just wasn't Arthur. Of course, my Arthur is Bradley's Arthur, but some of his characterstics that I adore were completely inveresed in the book. So it felt like reading about some other couple, at least to me. But I loved the ending. With all the quotes and when his love for her was finally there, for everyone to see, but also for him to see.
