I think there are some people out there that take issue with other users (I am not one of these but I have seen it discussed in forums, pics etc.) and they rate all their contributions as one star. Why? It beats me, it seems like a petty childish waste of time.

This being said, no matter how good a clip is, if it doesn't have a credit (ie when someone loads heaps of videos from YouTube without taking the time to include the name of the person who spent all the time and effort to make it) or if it is misleadingly titled, it's not gonna get 5 stars from me. I wouldn't give it 1, but stuff like that annoys me so I'll give it 3 or 4 stars.

Some people rate low when things have a bad credit or a nonexistent one (like ebathory said), if they have bad keywords, and/or if they have a bad title. If those are all good, then it sounds like trolling...
