Brooke laughs at him, thinking this is some kind of joke, but when he says nothing in return she panics a bit.

"No, Brooke, I'm not joking. I know this seems crazy, but I love آپ and i regret ever letting آپ go. These past few months... spending time with آپ & Angie, being reminded of how amazing آپ are, it sparked something in me. I want to spend the rest of my life with you. I want us to have our two boys and a girl!"
She says nothing, slowly digesting it all.
"So what do آپ say pretty girl, will آپ come to Vegas and marry me?"

The only sound Lucas hears after that is the click of Brooke hanging up on him.

Brooke opens the door and is surprised to see a bouquet of red roses at her door. She picks them up and reads the card attached. "Pretty Girl, I'm sorry i was such an idiot. Of course proposing over the phone wasn't the proper way to do it. Turn around."
"Turn around, what?" She mumbles confusedly, but slowly turns, letting out a gasp when she sees Lucas down on one knee.
"Brooke Penelope Davis, we have been through so much together. Good times and bad times, yet through it all I can always count on آپ to be there for me, always supporting me when i need آپ to. I once told آپ that آپ were going to change the world someday, and آپ have... You've changed MY world, and everyday I'm thankful for that."

"Okay," she nods "Go ahead."
"You've become one of my best دوستوں Brooke, and don't they say that a great relationship is built from a great friendship?
