because "cardcaptors" is wonderful!

I did like cardcaptors but then when I got older learned how the edited and cut it and now love the sub sakura sound so cute

I used to watch cardcaptors. but then, I found out cardcaptor sakura and liked it better. They cut too much in cardcaptors.

Well, that is udnerstandable.

But I have a 9 year old cosuion and I told her a lot about the Japanese dub and she and I really care for the Egnlish adaptaion more.

And besides that, and no ofense, but there are too many people who are saying bad things about the English dub. I peronsally love it because of the character voices. I really don't care weather if they cut any good parts. It all just make sense to me with the English dub. Again, no ofense to anyone who loves the Japanese dub.

.............The English version is stupid they mess up with the mouths they'll still move after they speak they renamed the characters and what's with the voices?!

I do love "Cardcaptor Sakura" too. I just never watched that version and never will.

CardCaptor Sakura, because Cardcaptors takes WAY too much out. (why can't America accept that some people aren't strait? that's the only reason they took so much out...) Also, the voices keep changing in Cardcaptors! CardCaptor Sakura is just better. Cardcaptors also renames the characters. Ick. (no offence meant for anybody, by the way.)

That's acutally not true. Only one character in "Cardcaptors" changed its voice. It was Li's voice who got changed. Nobody else.

But whatever you say is OK by me.

You can not have seen both Cardcaptors and Cardcaptor Sakura without noticing ANY differences.

I have a lot of beef with Cardcaptors, so I can't say I have nothing against it (thanks to the practically homophobic censorship, I refuse to watch it for anything aside from referencing). But even if you like it, you can not deny the poor editing.


And, in my opinion, I don't like the English voices. Especially Tomoyo-chan's voice. ugh. I HATE it when INTELLIGENT female characters such as Tomoyo-chan are given these stupid voices. (And whoever wrote her script deserves to have a restraining order against pens and any other writing instrument, in my opinion. I mean, what were they thinking?!?)

I don't want a fight, but I couldn't not say anything. If you wish to have an intelligent conversation, I started a forum thread a while back debating the two. And yes, I can give proof to back all my statements.

CardCaptor Sakura all the way...totally i DISLIKE (more like HATE) CardCaptors asaide from the obious "Sakura is the ONLY card captor" the dub totally sucks...they messed it all up it lose much of its feeling...

I have seen all of the episodes of both series numerous times and I just like the Japanese version better. The English version takes out too many of the relationships that make the series great.

Cardcaptor Sakura is a good show. The dub by Nelvana sucks. They all sound like teenagers in the dub.
