I think the musical score in The Swan Princess is beautiful but it really should've had Tchaikovsky's music, since it's what the movie was based off of. I would hope it would still be the same story and have the same songs that the movie has, just with different instrumental music. But I'm happy with the music the movie already has, which is beautiful.

It would have been a great nod to the source material. And might have made kids more familiar with classical music.

Maybe they should've done it like Sleeping Beauty and create new songs adding lyrics the score from the ballet.
