I think, while it's undeniably flawed, that it's genuinely good. I mean the writing, while not bad, could've been better but there is still so much creativity. I mean, I love the Forbidden Forest and how everything is enchanted. The songs are fantastic, the animation is really pretty, it's pretty funny, and the characters are likable in my opinion. I mean the villain is generic and doesn't explain some things but the writing isn't nearly as bad as a lot of other movies I've seen. Even when I take off my nostalgia glasses and think about it critically, I still think it's a genuinely good movie. But I will admit that I like the idea more than the execution.

Haven't seen it in years, but I remember really liking it.

It's in my backlog of animated films i need to re-watch.

But I want to, it looks really good.

I can honestly say it's one of my favorite animated movies. It's far from perfect, but I adore it. It has an especially stunning soundtrack, a nice (predictable, but enjoyable nonetheless) storyline, decent characters, and good (but not astounding) animation.

Not my favorite, but quite good.
