For truffle filling:
300g halfbitter chocolate coating
100g butter
100g cream
For flavour:
bourbon vanilla
cinnamon
orange abrasion
cayenne pepper
bitter بادام aroma
Cointreu
For coating:
full-cream دودھ chocolate coating
white chocolate coating
cocoa
finely chopped nuts (e.g. hazelnuts)
For filling:
complete nuts (e.g. hazelnuts, almonds)
dried fruits
1. truffle filling
- heat the cream in a pot and let the مکھن and the halfbitter chocolate coating melt in it slowly
- attention: it shouldn't boil!
