MY FAITH IS SHOOK UP AGAIN! HELP!

To answer this, I'll just quote a pick I recently made here: Science can answer a lot of "how" questions, but not many "why" questions. Think about it - maybe there's a REASON why our brains need to focus on a higher power to relieve stress. If the need exists, there must be something to fill it, something REAL. And the God-shaped hole in our hearts is no exception.

Why do we feel emotion? If the answer is "chemicals in your brain", then why do the chemicals act that way? Why does our brain react the way it does? Why do we ask questions? Why do we yearn to explore and discover? Why do we imagine and create, and why do we find joy in those things? Chemicals and mere animal instincts sure can't accomplish all that stuff سے طرف کی themselves. There has to be a greater answer, a greater purpose to it all. And THAT'S where God comes in.

Science certainly has its place, and I believe we should never write it off just to feel مزید comfortable about our faith. But once آپ realize that science is just another way for God to reveal Himself to us, you'll see that there's no reason to fear it یا to let it shake your belief in God. It's okay if you're really having serious doubts; I think we ALL go through that at some point. But don't let those doubts cripple you, and don't be afraid to test your faith. One of the great things about Christianity is that it's a very sound faith. It can handle pretty much anything آپ throw at it. ;-)

Just relax and think about it a min. How did we get here then...Who created everything...God is real and he believes in آپ even if آپ don't in him..The devil is messing with your mind. He specializes in that. He wants آپ to be confused and doubt God. Whether آپ believe in the devil یا not if he can get آپ to not believe in God then your his when آپ die cause heaven یا hell is the only place آپ will go. when آپ read crap like that just laugh cause it is really funny. People come up with stupid stuff.

I agree with dearheart. Another thing I look at is if there was no God, the world would be in مزید chaos. How would we know right from wrong? How would we know what moral meant? How about love? Hope?
