Why does numbah 4 not tell Kuki ( numbah 3) he loves her? In each episode it gives you a little taste of how much numbah 4 cares. You would expect that at least in the last episode they would have numbah 4 show his true feelings right?

Wally probably thinks she doesn't feel the same. Or he's just too shy to admit his feelings for her. But yea! When the hell would he get the guts to tell her?! Everyone knows he likes her.

Because he always wants to act like a tough guy and isn't good at expressing his feelings about things. I'm pretty sure when they did get together Kuki asked Wally out lol.
