Hi there, I’m a new member on Fanpop, and a life-long watcher of the Vampire Diaries +The Originals; it’s been a long time since I’ve changed my opinions about different couples, according to their character development (for example, I became Dair پرستار after I’d دیا up Chair) in different shows (in my teenage years), vampire diaries is no exception either. However, the major inconvenience made me totally indifferent not only towards Delena/Bamon/Stelena petty wars, also towards ALL stupid triangles excessively created nowadays. I’ll explain later.
OK, so where do we begin? let’s say that I was a die-hard Bamon پرستار in the past ( I mean book Bamon, not TV show), I absolutely loved their adorable connection, sweet and passionate relationhip etc etc; but in the show, I shipped Stelena then Delena, until the very bad things happened between them (kidnapping, force blood feeding, Jeremy’s murder..) despite being over both of them, my hopes turned to Bamon, in vain, it was impossible for me to find anything appealing. Hate, resentment, bitterness, frenemy dynamics --- how was that better than two above-mentioned?! moreover, I was furious with the writers for blurring those relationships, for ruining characters, and for dragging up unnecessary details. Clearly, this دکھائیں was going to be a very bad one. I’m not surprised its ratings are down now. But this isn’t my main topic to discuss. I came here to explain why I feel the same quantity of disgust for Delena, Bamon AND Stelena fandom. Here’s why :
Because ALL of them are incredibly hypocritical and misogynist.
Seriously, Delenators excuse Damon every time he throws tantrum یا uses women as toys, putting the blame on Katherine (as if she has not suffered enough already, and as if she hasn’t been disappointed in life!), insult Elena when she spends time with Stefan and justify the horrible things he has done to her – daaaw that’s because he’s misunderstood, he luuuvs her, he wanna protect her and other horse****.
Basically the same for Stelenators, throwing derogatory names at Elena such as “ungrateful bitch”, “slut”, “whore” etc. Just classic hypocrisy and double standards existing for millennia – it’s perfectly okay for males (Tyler, Damon, Matt, Klaus…) to sleep around but not for females!!! So, if Stefan used his cock a lot, that would be acceptable, but when Elena یا Katherine “dare” to do the same thing, it’s a horror! The disgusting whoring! Even worse, it’s Caroline who slut-shames Hayley (typical female on female misogyny) just because she dislikes her! And this دکھائیں is supposed to send a message of friendship?! Are آپ bloody kidding me?
Now, the Bamonators. Aaaah, those peaceful, polite, good sweethearts! Well, it may fool some stranger and make them believe that they’re exactly as cute as they claim to be, but getting to know their beloved Queen ApplePie88 and her lovely, immaculate, calm speeches *sarcasm alert* will eventually prove them the exact opposite. One only needs to check this : After reading Phantom, how would do آپ feel about Elena now on a scale of 1 to 10, Bamon Fans? scroll down, see the تبصرے and BOOM! If you’re the sane-minded person, your respect for Bamon fandom will disappear and justifiably so. How are those misogynist, spiteful females better than any hysterical Delenator? How can one be surprised that these two constantly bicker amongst themselves? In reality, they’re NO different, so perfectly deserve each other. None of them are able to criticize female characters without calling them sluts (of course, one needs to mention how many men they’ve been with – it’s imperative!!), none of them seem to understand what healthy, mutually respectful relationships are, both engage in dumb arguments, screech obscenities to each other and BOTH humiliate each other for laughable, idiotic دکھائیں details! How serious is all that madness?
Don’t آپ have anything مزید valuable in life, people, rather than glueing your butts on sofas before TV and watching every crap the mainstream media forces down your throats? Haven’t آپ got even the slightest critical mind? Now everyone’s supposed to like what the majority likes, dislike what the latter dislikes. In Game of Thrones, آپ must worship the Starks, the Baratheons and the Targaryens and hate the Lannisters, Cersei in particular, otherwise you’re a jerk; be Twilighter یا anti-Twilighter; ship THIS couple but not THAT one; in Twisted, آپ OUGHT to be either Dacey یا Janny fan; and if one female character is the main one, she’s a “nympho”, “tomboy”, “Mary Sue”. It makes no sense!
I’m sooooooo glad my eyes are opened now. Virtually no TVD fandom deserves attention مزید than their narrow, cretinous limitations are to be taken seriously. The Hell with Stelena, Delena and Bamon!!!
