One has to wonder what a song about Jonas and Lovato's relationship would be about. They seemed to have a rocky relationship that ended about as bad as it could have if we are to believe the reports in the media. However, if those reports are completely erroneous then we may hear about it in the song and then have a completely different perception of what happened between them.
