Diet and Exercise سوال

I hate exercising...

But I really want to lose fat, cause I still have baby fat on my face and stomach -_- I try running, but I'm too self conscious to run outside, so I run on an elliptical, but it's so boring, and old/falling apart.
What are some ways to get motivated? And just thinking how I'll feel better afterwards does nothing for me...
Or, what're some other exercises I could do to lose fat? And if آپ know, how long will it take to start losing fat?
