سوال about Giselle

Okay, we all know that Giselle is not including in the DP lineup because of legal reasons and is not feature in the Disney theme parks. Then why is it that Mary Poppins is in all of the Disney theme parks? Is it because they have to pay Julie Andrews royalties too? If so, why didn't they do the same thing for Giselle?

I guess they doesn't need to pay Julie Andrews for using her Mary Poppins image. If Amy Adams would want to, she could let Disney use her Giselle picture for free, but she didn't, so Disney would need to pay her. I don't know much about it but I guess it's something like that.

For example, Charmed tv دکھائیں had four heroines, but in the comics they could only use the faces of three of them, since the fourth actress didn't let them use her image.
