Disney Princess Article: Why I prefer Ariel over Belle

Ariel and Belle are the most beloved and مقبول Disney princesses in Fanpop. To tell the truth, Belle has slightly مزید fans. She is pretty, sure, but beautiful? Not likely. She has brown hair and hazel eyes (that's a charmer) but to me it looks quite plain. And she's pretty but she's TOTALLY ANAWARE OF IT? Really? Like she didn't see it when she looked in that mirror?
But Ariel was completely aware of it. She tried to be good-looking in front of her dream boy. Red hair and blue eyes are a lot prettier than brown hair and hazel eyes to me.
Belle reads (which is why people like her) and seeks for adventure, while Ariel fights for what she wants to get it. Sure, Belle does think of others first and Ariel is a bit selfish, but Belle also is TOO perfect. Nobody's perfect. At least Ariel made mistakes and we can relate to her.
So as آپ can see, this is why I prefer Ariel a lot مزید than Belle.

Hum...ok I don't think that Belle is too perfect, but I get your argument :) And I liked what you said about Ariel who fight for what she wants, this is why I like her (although I like Belle much more than Ariel )

CaiWonderlander I find Belle a lot like me. Reading, romantic, hazel eyes....so, I think I like Belle better. But at least you wrote why. (I don't really like Ariel, she's just too perky) :)

MaidofOrleans Yes, Ariel is much prettier than Belle, but I prefer Belle as a character. I have a lot more in common with her, and I disagree about her being perfect. She goes back on her word and is also manipulative and snobbish.

TigerRanma @ CaiWonderlandet, Belle's eyes are a mix of gold and green. When I was little, I thought Belle's eyes were brown until I noticed some green in her eyes. This made me think that her eyes were green. But then I learned of the eye color called hazel. My mom has them, my brother has them, my favorite singer has them, and these two siblings I know all have hazel eyes, like Belle. Hazel eyes became my favorite eye color.

CaiWonderlander Yeah I have bluish grey too. I wish I had green eyes though.

This was the solo جیسمین, یاسمین was originally going to sing in Aladdin. It is included in the Broadway adaptation <3.

"Call Me A Princess" is a song intended to be sung سے طرف کی Princess جیسمین, یاسمین in Aladdin. In her early development she was supposed to be a typical, spoiled, bratty princess, and this song focused in on that. The developers scrapped the idea along with this song to make جیسمین, یاسمین the headstrong, compassionate woman we know today. Hi everyone, after reading about a deleted song "Life's Too Short". This gave me an idea to write another "deleted" song called Love Can't Be Denied which was composed سے طرف کی Alan Menken prior leaving the project when the movie was under it's original title.
