Okay, I just want to settle some stuff about the vicinity of where Pocahontas is claimed to have live not only in the movie, but in reality too. We all know the inaccuracies of the movie, but for those who do not know, here آپ go (: And please remember to feel free to state your opinion on where she lived یا any other info آپ have.

In the movie, Governor Ratcliffe obviously states his ship is headed towards Virginia, and it clearly shows that Virginia is the destination on the map. But let it be noted that in 1608, when the movie supposedly takes place, people referred to a majority of the New World as Virginia, not just the state we think of today. But it so happens that she is from Virginia.

It is pretty obvious that she is from a coastal area, considering the ship John Smith travels on comes right through. Many people think West Virginia is where Pocahontas originated, but I do not see an ocean سے طرف کی West Virginia.

Many people wonder how any of where Pocahontas was from, born, and even the John Smith situation got documented. It was actually documented سے طرف کی John Smith himself in his documentary, "Generall Historie." That is where we discover where Pocahontas is even from.

Pocahontas was born, raised, and met John Smith is Werowocomoco, Virginia. Werowocomoco was a small political village where Chief Powhatan lived. Her mother is unknown because Chief Powhatan had many wives. After each wife gave birth, they were sent back to the original village.
Chief Powhatan was known to favor Pocahontas over his other children. John Smith had also recorded this in his documents.

One of the most known discrepancies in the movie, is Pocahontas' age. She is 18 in the movie, but John Smith recorded three different ages for her: 10,12, یا 13.

Also in the movie, she supposedly has a engagement to Kocoum. It is unknown if the marriage proposal is real. It has been recorded that Kocoum was murdered سے طرف کی the English in 1613.

Everyone's پسندیدہ character: John Rolfe
Let's be hones here, many people dislike John Rolfe because he broke up the interracial couple romance. Actually, John Smith and Pocahontas never really had a romance. *gasp!* But John Rolfe and Pocahontas were the first interracial marriage recorded with anyone from present known United States. They were married in Virginia and lived at Rolfe's plantation in Virginia.

Pocahontas never کہا her feelings about the marriage, یا even if she liked the guy, but they had a son named Thomas before they both returned to England. What makes me mad about John Rolfe is though, his wife and child died on the way to Virginia. He sees a chic, and he is like put a ring on dat! Like.. anywaysss. XD

Now that I have wasted mine and your time trying to fix my writer's block.. x_____x

1. Congratulations on winning پرستار of the ماہ How does it feel?

I was kind of surprised that I got it now and not in one of the months in which I was way مزید active, but I feel very honored. Thanks to everyone who voted for me.

2. Who was your پسندیدہ princess when آپ were a child? Why?

When I was a child, the Disney Princess franchise wasn't a thing yet, so that's not really something I asked myself, but in hindsight, it was most likely Cinderella.

3. Who is your پسندیدہ princess now? Why?

Rapunzel, though I feel particularly protective about Mulan, too. What I like is their inner strength....

Welcome to the 2nd Princess Personality article! Like the گزشتہ مضمون about Belle's personality, this one about Snow White is still using the MBTI assessment.

Different faces, different personalities
We all love Disney princesses, don’t we? So Seasons are also like them, they are really different from each other and each one of them at least has a good trait. I recently developed an interest of writing مضامین on Disney princess symbolism. Thanks to the people who viewed my مضامین recently and loved them! Hope آپ all enjoy!
Snow white – Spring
Yes! For me the princesses in spring category are kind, resourceful, pure, obedient, self-reserved, matured and somewhat innocent. I like the Spring people. Traits یا qualities tell she’s a spring person. She always likes to keep the room...

A fair number of Disney Princess DVDs were released in the early 2000's, and the series I'm most familiar with is the Princess Party line. To my knowledge, there were just two installments, both of which I apparently still own! These DVDs feature Disney Princess-related games, activities, and stories with the goal of helping to create a memorable DP-themed party for young girls. I first rented this disk from Blockbuster about a decade پہلے just to check out the games, so I have a bit of nostalgia for it. But how well does the content on the DVD hold up? Let's take a look!

Look down there! It's a song analysis!
Look down there! It's a song analysis!
Greetings! I'm ApplesauceDoctr, and today I present my fourth song analysis. This time though (somewhat similar to my "Reflection" analysis), I'll be comparing two songs -- "So This is Love" and "Dancing on a Cloud," both of which come from Disney's Cinderella. "Dancing on a Cloud," the deleted song, was written with the intent of doing what "So This is Love" later did -- to دکھائیں how Cinderella and the prince fell in love with each other at the ball. While the two seem similar at first, further examination shows that the two are a bit different, and it gives a better understanding of why "Dancing...

 The good ol' baddies
The good ol' baddies
Well, it's time for another مضمون here in Scarletland! I admit, I had this need for wanting to make another مضمون again, but I didn't know of what subject to make of. Then browsing around the Internet, the inspiration struck me: I could write about Disney villains! Genius! Because that subject isn't trite and overdone at all! (/sarcasm)

Jokes aside, I've been these last days thinking and analyzing the Disney villains مزید than usual (that is; I almost never think about them, so this was really unusual for me). Villains are essential for many of these movies, because if it weren't for them...

Saw an old سوال گیا کیا پوسٹ from a سال پہلے that inspired me to write this. The سوال was about which Disney Princesses might make best friends, in pairs, based on commonalities. As I started to think about it, I found all of the commonalities to be quite interesting. So I decided to post my findings of commonalities (not go for the BFF route) just because I found it interesting what the princesses had so much in common. Hope آپ guys do too:

Snow & Aurora:
Both were royal but fled to the forest to escape their villains. Both were put under a sleeping spell. Both like to dance and initiate...
