I don't know if I'm alone on this, but I've become quite tired of everyone bashing the earlier princesses and saying they're bad role models for girls. Personally, I think parents shouldn't be relying on fictional, animated characters to be the role models... but that's a whole different issue altogether. In this مضمون I want to address the common complaints towards the princesses: waiting around for/needing a man, not being independent, etc...

Snow White:

I want to start with a reminder that Snow White is only 14-years-old. Face it, her story is no different than any other 14-year-old girl's: still lives at home, does chores, daydreams about the guy she likes. Keeping that in mind, it isn't fair to say that she isn't a good role model because she isn't independent; very few 14-year-old girls are. And they don't need to be, that's the point. And I don't like that everyone says she's sitting around waiting for a man. That's not true. Her step mom tried to have her killed. She had to run away from ہوم to save herself, but she literally didn't know anyone. She was fortunate enough to come across the dwarfs and they took her in. It's inaccurate to say she stayed in their cottage, just waiting for her prince. As far as she knew, that was her new ہوم considering her old ہوم was no longer محفوظ and she didn't know anyone else. But, she pulled her own weight سے طرف کی cooking and cleaning. True, in the end she DID need a man, but that wasn't سے طرف کی choice یا anything. She was under a spell and couldn't exactly wake herself up with True Love's Kiss; even the most feminist of women can't pull off that trick. Blame the Evil Queen for Snow White depending on a man- Snow White had nothing to do with it. Snow White is, hands down, the kindest of all the Princesses. Yes, she was also naive; but she was very young and had absolutely no real world experience. She was just being caring and helpful to someone she thought was in need. If anything, we could all use a little bit of Snow White in us; true no good deed goes unpunished, but that doesn't mean we should turn our backs on those in need. In this case, Snow White was a very good influence.

Aurora:

There really isn't too much to say about Aurora since she actually wasn't in the majority of her film. She was a lonely girl. All she had was her family; no friends, thinking she had no real chance at love یا much of a future. So, she daydreamed about the life she wanted and I think most people can relate to that. True, it probably wasn't smart to talk to a man she had never met before, despite the fairies' warning. But, let's be honest: if any one of us were in her situation, we would do the EXACT same thing. I mean, who doesn't want to dance with a handsome, mysterious stranger in the woods? Her only real flaw was refusing to tell Phillip her name, but being مزید than willing to tell him where she lived. As far as being independent, again, she was still young and didn't have much of a choice. The fairies most likely didn't give her a lot of freedom and then she was forced into the life of a princess. And, like, Snow White, the whole needing a man to save her wasn't exactly what she wanted. She was put under a curse that only a kiss could break. There was nothing she could do for herself at that point. If anything, Snow White and Aurora only teach us that آپ need a man to rescue آپ if آپ happen to find yourself under a curse سے طرف کی a witch یا sorceress. But, let's be honest: how often does that really happen nowadays?

Cinderella:

One thing that bothers me is when everyone says Tiana is the first hard working princess. That's not true. Think about all the stuff Cinderella had to do. She basically, single handedly took care of the house and held it together. If anything, Cinderella is the most like stay at ہوم and single moms (Without the kids... unless آپ count the animals, which she also took care of سے طرف کی herself): overworked, never appreciated and completely under valued. Cinderella lived with her family and made absolutely no money: she couldn't leave and start her own life. She was as independent as someone in her situation could be. Technically, she did need a man to "save" her, but she wasn't waiting around for him to do so. She had very little control over her own life, but it was her life and she had accepted it. Of course that didn't stop her from wanting more, like everyone else. She daydreamed about what it would be like to not be a servant anymore and treated as an equal. With very little exposure to the outside world, she couldn't really meet a man- so her only option was to go to the ball and hope he would choose her. Of course, it can be argued that Cinderella could have just left and tried making it on her own. And that's true, she could have. But then that would have meant living in the streets until she somehow earned enough money to get her own place. But, let's be honest, hardly anyone actually hires homeless people.

One مزید thing I think everyone really needs to keep in mind is that Snow White, Aurora and Cinderella are women of very different times. Everyone is constantly judging them سے طرف کی how women are in the 21st century, but they're not supposed to represent women of today. Now, it's مزید common for women to have a career and her own life before getting married. But, if a woman wants to get married, have a family, cook, clean and take care of the house, that's totally okay! Everyone gets one shot at life and if a girl wants to be مزید like Snow White and less like Mulan, there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. Disney فلمیں are made for entertainment with some life lessons thrown in there, but they're not meant to be scripts for your life.

آپ can still be kind like Snow White and still شامل میں the Army like Mulan. یا be too trusting like Aurora and still stand up for what آپ believe in like Pocahontas. آپ can be the one taking care of the household every دن like Cinderella and still not need a man in your life like Elsa. Be whoever آپ are and live your life the way آپ want to; it doesn't matter if آپ happen to be مزید like Snow White and less like Mulan. And don't let anyone tell آپ differently.
This doesn't usually happen to me. I mean, I always prefer the good ones over the bad ones in the movie, but this time it wasn't like that. I haven't seen the movie Hercules, but I prefer Hades to Megara because I've seen other Hades related stuff.

Hades is a god. Although I believe in only one god, I have been interested in mythology since I was little, which made me wonder about Hades. (Of course, who wouldn't be curious about an underworld god?). In mythology, Hades was not a very good god. He was a soul-stealing god, moreover, he was the brother of Zeus. (I have never loved Zeus, he is constantly punishing people). After all I've read about Hades, I didn't like him. I didn't like him much when I watched Descendants, but after "Do what آپ gotta do" in Descendants three, I started to love him. His relationship with Mal was funny and sweet. He loved Mal and he was really funny. That's why I love him.

P.S: Hades' fiery blue hair is awesome too
He is ugly but I still love him

The reason I wrote this مضمون is because people always talk about classic disney princesses and forget about live action princesses. My پسندیدہ live-action princesses are Audrey and Mal. Yes, no matter how bad Audrey is, she will always be my پسندیدہ villain.

Audrey is Aurora's daughter. I saw a سروے last night. The سوال in the سروے was:
Do آپ like Audrey مزید یا Aurora?
I chose Aurora because Aurora was a good person. But now I realize how wrong I was. Aurora is so boring, all she does is cry and wake up with graceful gestures and kisses. However, Audrey has feelings. Don't get me wrong, I still love Aurora but Audrey isn't boring so I want to pick both.

Audrey has always been a smug person. She is a bad person. It was because She was heartbroken, it touched me. Audrey just wanted to be a queen like her mother and make her happy, but she chose evil when she couldn't achieve her goal.

I love both very much. Audrey and Aurora are both great. Both are beautiful.
İn my last article, I was talking about beauty of princesses. My سب, سب سے اوپر 3 was like this:
1- Elsa
2- Anna
3- Aurora

But today, my مضمون is about a مزید important thing. My value that I give to the Disney Princesses.

4- Princess Rapunzel

I love her. First of all, she is a kind and a cute princess. She really knows what love is, and she even loves DAME GOTHEL! When Dame Gothel fell out of the tower, she stretched out her hands towards her. Also she is a very clever and busy girl who has a lots of hobbies. I really liked her confident demeanor. Her hair is really long, and she knows how to use it....

I liked Mulan very much because she was a brave girl who thought of her family and homeland. However, I admit that Mulan is a little ugly and is at the bottom of my beauty list. Some things that make this girl ugly. That is the subject of this article. And if آپ disagree with me, just state it in the comments. آپ don't need to hate me.

1- Eyebrows
Mulan's ugliest limb is her eyebrows. Mulan's eyebrows are too thick. They also rise much higher than they should. Fortunately, Mulan's eyes are so beautiful that she can hide the ugliness of the eyebrows in some photos.

2- Eyes and hair (when male)
Mulan looks beautiful with slim eyes and makeup, but I can't understand how she looks so big and ugly when she puts her hair in a bun and turns into a man. The shape of the hair she turned into a man does not suit her at all.

Anna and Elsa are two of Disney's most passionate, determined, and independent leading ladies. Their time in Frozen and Frozen 2 has been full of action, adventure, and compassion. It's no wonder that their adventures have struck a chord with so many fans. Here is why we should find out why they are in the line of the اگلے generation of Badass Female Characters!

1. Their Sisterly Love Always Saved The Day!

Girls if there is one thing that we've seen in both Frozen movies, it's that it was never a prince charming یا knight in shining armor who came in to rescue princess and defeat the villain...

Like Maleficent, Belle didn't get a lot of تبصرے so I'm just putting a random sentence here so this can be long enough to be put into an article

Her relationship with her dad is one of my پسندیدہ parent/child relationships in Disney, I used to relate to her in high school because I would read a lot and wanted to leave my little town -BB2010

I love how she is a bookworm, fell for the Beast after all their time together, and how she is very relatable to me being an outcast in her town. -LMH5113

I'm related to her in many ways, I love reading and to travel. -deedragongirl

When Rapunzel heard the call from outside her tower, she assumed it was her mother, and her دل sank. Normally she'd be glad to see her, but after their argument, she was less eager.

Well, it wasn't really an argument. Those things kind of required two people arguing. It was مزید Mother lecturing and Rapunzel listening. But it was unpleasant enough for Rapunzel to feel bad about it even after her mother left.

When she went over to the tower window, she looked down—and gasped.

It definitely wasn't her mother. She didn't have too clear a view from her tower, but the figure at the bottom was...

Before we say goodbye to not just this سال but also this decade, it's time I write an مضمون that I wanted to write for a long time.
As a lot of آپ know, and for those who don't, Frozen is a movie/franchise that means a lot to me. Without it, I wouldn't even be on this site. It all started back in October of 2014,when I started to form a crush on the fictional character of Elsa. Originally, it was because I thought she was incredibly gorgeous, and I still think so, to this day. But, as the days went سے طرف کی and did مزید of my research, I realized how similar Elsa was to me and I began to relate...

1. How does it feel to be پرستار of the Month?
I was پرستار of the ماہ once a long time پہلے and while back then it was a bit of a shock this time, it's not that surprising :) I don't mean that in a self-centered way, comparing to how active I was in the past to now, I like to think I'm somewhat well-known for a ton of users here like KataraLover یا sunnyfields. I'm honored to be the first پرستار of the ماہ since it has been brought back.

2. Who is your پسندیدہ princess and why?
My پسندیدہ princess is Mulan because I used to relate to not being good enough for my family and wanted to do something...
