Bonjour!

So there are lots of beautiful women in Disney - however only the Princesses seem to be recognised for it. Today I've decided to acknowledge some of the other Disney Heroines who are stunning, but who rarely get the recognition. They deserve it!
(No particular order, btw).

Slew Foot Sue
Melody Time

I'm not sure if many of آپ have seen Melody Time - it's a little bit like Fantasia سے طرف کی putting موسیقی to stories. But there's a girl in the story of "Pecos Bill" (who happens to be Bill's love interest) who is actually quite pretty. Red hair; a colour that represents that of Ariel contrasts with her pretty blue eyes and red lips. She's an earlier version of Ariel, with that seductive glance that tells the world she knows she's something else. Plus, she rides fish.

Have no idea who she is? Take a look at this link

Tiger Lily
Peter Pan

Indian Princess Tiger Lily possesses a child-like and innocent beauty that we can't help but adore. Her big black eyes are full of wonder and curiosity and she, like Sue, seems to rock the plaits (or braids) style. She’s a stubborn child who won’t answer یا bow to anyone, except maybe Peter, as her ruby red lips stay closed when she isn’t smiling flirtatiously. Her dress looks so cute on her and she is so cute herself!

Lottie (Charlotte)
The Princess and the Frog

Lottie is much loved سے طرف کی both the characters in the movie and the audience; her quirky and fun yet caring and selfless personality is incomparable. Likewise with her beauty. Her soft blonde hair curls just right for a 1920s style, and her blue eyes with long eyelashes are very pretty. Her body is pretty great too. Although she loves poofy dresses, accessories, make-up and being the centre of attention, Lottie also loves her دوستوں and family, and the real beauty inside her is that she would give up her happiness in order for her friend to have her own. In my opinion, she’s the real heroine of the story.

Vanessa
The Little Mermaid

Vanessa, although the villain of the Little Mermaid, (in disguise, that is) is actually quite a gorgeous young lady. Despite barely speaking, she seemingly takes Ursula’s, (or, her) advice and uses her pretty face to her advantage to help her win Eric’s heart, instead of talking to him. Her thick, soft and wavy hair looks lovely on her, especially with her unique, large purple eyes and گلابی lips. Her body is quite nice too, and I like some of her outfits. Her nose and eyebrows are perfect in proportion with her face and their shape. She’s quite a lovely, yet evil, girl. Don’t judge a book سے طرف کی its cover, I guess.

Megara (Meg)
Hercules

Some of آپ may یا may not know that Megara is my favourite ever Disney character. I won’t talk about that now, but I will talk about the fact that she is beautiful. Her style of اندازی حرکت is different to Disney Princesses as it is مزید cartoon looking, but that was the way Disney was going for and she had to correspond with the whole style, and the style of her love interest. Firstly, Megara just has that seductive, sassy and sexy vibe that even a god can’t handle. Her smile is the most seductive factor; مزید of a smirk دکھانا no teeth. However when she does smile with teeth she looks lovely. Her droopy, بنفشی, وایلیٹ eyes with make-up which acts as an enhancer are also seductive. Her hair is quite miraculous; a really thick, curly, reddish-brown pony-tail. A bit like Jasmine’s I think. Her waist is way too unrealistically thin, however she still has those curves which men seem to beg for. She just knows how to act, and how to look. آپ go, girl. Also, she is willing to give her life for the one she loves. Again, where beauty is at its finest.

The Evil Queen
Snow White

Another villain who is actually quite pretty, however unlike the protagonist, who displays a childlike, innocent beauty, she is portrayed as مزید womanly, with curves, smaller eyes and a steady gaze and has a مزید mature, feminine, womanly beauty as supposed to that of a teenager. Her eyes are a great colour; I love green eyes. Ironically, she has red lips, pale skin, and we never really see her hair except for when she’s casting the spell. Her hair appears black, and when we can’t see it, the thingy that covers up her hair is black anyway. These are all features that made Snow White beautiful in the story. I just think it’s ironic. So she has this evil beauty thing going on, however she manages to pull it off.
But then she goes and ruins the thing that motivated to kill Snow White anyway, as she transforms herself into a hag.
So she gets points for beauty, but not for brains.
Unless she can change herself back? Oh, but wait, she’s dead.

Esmeralda
The Hunchback of Notre Dame

Another Disney damsel who is not in distress; though it seems like the Princesses are, yet the heroines (and some of the princesses of course) can kick butt and save their own heroes. Sometimes I prefer heroines to princesses. Anyway, Esmeralda is absolutely gorgeous. Her eyes, I think I should start with. They’re her most beautiful feature; a greeny-blue, turquoise kinda colour, like my eyes. They seem to light up the room, wherever she is. They’re so bright and gorgeous, and her thick eyelashes do them justice. Her lips are great; perfect shape, lovely red colour. She has مزید of a realistic body, which is nice, and her skin is great. Her hair I’m not too fussed on, but hey, she seems to like it, and it suits her, and that’s all that matters. I like the scarf in it, and it’s a nice, shiny colour. Esmeralda is a unique beauty, however, like previously mentioned heroines, she cares مزید about her people than herself, which is where true beauty lies.

I think that might be all for now, however, lots of other females are floating into my head and I think I might have to do a part two! Is anyone interested in a part two? (Will definitely include Jane).
Thanks so much for reading!
Au revoir!

Yes, I know there has been quite a few of these done (I was acctually begining to feel a bit left out), but I just thought I'd throw my two cents out there. Enjoy!

10. Mulan

 The Asian Beauty
The Asian Beauty

Mulan is a natural beauty. She traded her elegant traditional wear for an earth-green set of armor, cut her silk black hair to a man’s length, and wiped off every trace of makeup. And آپ know what? She still got the guy, and looked good doing it. So maybe she did pass herself off as a dude for 90% of the movie – but hey, that’s what makes her who she is.

Hello! It's been a while, but I randomly had this thought and no real place to share it. I know the عنوان sounds a bit outlandish, but I think my theory may have some merit.

To understand the Rapunzel story fully, we have to understand the origin of the fairytale and what its morals might be for the time it was created. The original german fairytale about a poor man stealing rampion plants from a witch has been heavily connected to possible sexual assault and the witch as a cultural شبیہ has always been linked to a کڑوا, تلخ older spinster woman, who usually never found a husband and was therefor...

" I am the prettiest!" LOL
" I am the prettiest!" LOL
I was thinking about this a long time ago. The beauty of a princess varies for everyone, but in their own movies, princesses are described as "the most beautiful". There is no beauty problem in every princess, especially those who have love at first sight, and they live a comfortable love life thanks to this beauty. Outward appearances play a big part in the princesses' happy ending. But what if they weren't pretty? How would their lives change? Now we're going to look at that.

Cinderella
Cinderella would never have had a happy ending without her beauty. Because the prince at the ball saw her...

شارلٹ
Charlotte
شارلٹ La Bouff was one of many characters in the movie The Princess and the Frog. شارلٹ was as wonderful as Tiana, and she really deserves to be analyzed.

Characteristics

Unlike Tiana, شارلٹ was a slightly spoiled and funny girl, crazy. شارلٹ was very romantic, which I usually don't like, but the crazy and confident gestures she displayed during the romance were enough to cover it up. Charlotte's father, Mr. La Bouff, spoiled her and did whatever she wanted because they were rich. شارلٹ grew up believing in fairy tales and true love, and she was confident that one دن love...

 " Moana vs. Pocahontas?"
" Moana vs. Pocahontas?"
I decided that they both have very similar and different points, and now let's review them.

Similarities.
Moana and Pocahontas are both islanders. They live naturally and the design of their houses is almost the same.

They both love their country very much.

They both know their country's traditions well, but they don't say no to learning different traditions.

They're both doing something illegal. Something their fathers forbade.

Changes

While Moana is not interested in romance, Pocahontas is looking for her love.

Pocahontas responds مزید seriously, while Moana laughs at everything.

Moana wants to go...

Snow White: 16th Century Germany
Though the movie never explains where they take place, it is کہا to be set there since it was based off the Brother’s Grimm.

Cinderella: 19th Century France
Disney’s first film ever set in France though not explicitly. Evidence is that the words like ‘mademoiselle’ ‘Château’ and Tremaine is a French surname.

Sleeping Beauty (Sleeping Beauty): Most likely Late 14th Century France
While some people argue that it’s set in either England یا Germany, the movie NEVER explains where they took place though I have many evidence why it was believed to be...

Hello all! Many apologies for running a bit behind on this one. The holidays are always chaos incarnate.

Cinderella was our Princess of the ماہ for December, and here is a collection of thoughts on why we adore her. Many thanks to those who کیا پیش comments!

I absolutely love when Cindy's snarky side peeks through, like when she makes a quip about the "music lesson". It's adorable but also rounds out her character. <3 ~MaidofOrleans

I don’t know why, but I’ve never really liked this movie. I’m not very knowledgeable on Scottish mythos یا culture, so I was excited to see it, but it turns out that there just wasn’t enough magic in charm in it for me. I really liked that it was a classical story about a witch, a princess, and a spell, but going to the movie really...

Tonight's rewatch: Cinderella
Last time watched: 2013

How much did I like this movie as a kid?
When I was a kid I mostly had this movie on for background noise. I liked the songs and the cat and mice scenes but after the ball I would suddenly lose interest for some reason. It wasn't until I was in my late teens that I started watching this movie again and actually loving it.

How much of this movie have I forgotten:
I forgot Cinderella had little outfits put aside for the mice living in her house and that she was the one who named them and I think that is the cutest darn thing I've ever seen. And...
