DisneyPrince's Favourite: link//link//Princes
After yet another دن doing as little as possible, I got to thinking about the Disney Princes. I for one include characters such as Simba and even Hercules to be Disney Princes however in the context of this spot I am only ranking the spouses of the Disney Princesses. Anyway, enough jibber jabber, let’s get going.
9. The Charming Prince
Due to the fact Charming is a lazy, pretentious, spoiled prince who we never see develop from, he is my least favourite. The only thing I like about him is his iconic status of being the Prince Charming, the general idea of an idealised man who the majority dreams of marrying, however I think Disney let this character down سے طرف کی making him come across as being a massive twat. I can appreciate his romantic nature of wanting to marry for love; this along with his beautiful palace to a certain extent makes up for some of the other negatives.
8. The Adventurer
I've never really liked John Smith and to be completely honest I can't pin down a significant reason. A few things I like about him is his adventurous persona, the scene portrayed in the picture is probably my favourite focusing on him. I also like him during the "If I Never Knew You" scene as well, he comes across very genuinely romantic there. However his arrogant nature and the way he almost presumes that Pocahontas loves him gets on my nerves and Mel Gibson's attempt at a suitable voice for an English settler makes my skin crawl. All in all, I'm very on the fence about him. I LOVE Pocahontas, the film and the character, however John Smith. Not so much.
7. The Heroic Prince
Young, spirited, adventurous and later becomes the archetypal “Knight in Shining Armour”. I do like Phillip, he is consistently animated in an artistic way and his witty nature is another positive, "No carrots". I like his relationship with his father; I find that scene hilarious, helping to reinforce his love for the mystery girl. The banter between him and Aurora in the forest is exciting and lovable, and آپ feel sucked into his story. Additionally his bravery is another huge bonus, he slayed a DRAGON for god sake!
6. The Sweet Prince
The sweetest of all the Princes and despite others saying he's unattractive and looks like he wears lipstick, I still think he is relatively masculine and attractive in a very classically romantic way. I really like this character despite his lack of screen time and I actually also really adore his outfit. As I've already mentioned in another مضمون "One Song" simply melts me to the core, I think it is completely adorable and the most romantic song, sung purely سے طرف کی a prince. I don't quite understand what makes me like him so much, but I really do.
5. The Big Softy
I'm not going to lie. I was massively disappointed to see Beast in human form, but never the less I think he is a great character over all. Once again I like the "being taught a lesson" angle and I like the fact that this prince went through a massive transformation throughout the story. His love for his princess seemed the most genuine, however arguably down to Belle being his meal ticket out of being a monster for all eternity. "Something There" is all together amazing, I remember watching this scene while getting ready for High School a few years پہلے and fell instantly in love with Beast, it seems so romantic in a young, obscure and gentle way, Beast's voice in the song is really nice as well, masculine again in a very gentle way reflecting his مجموعی طور پر character.
4. The Restless Prince
Earlier on this مضمون I had a massive rant about Charming's spoiled nature, this annoyed me because he never learnt his lesson whereas with Naveen I love the fact he was spoiled so it shows us that he has learnt his lesson. I am similar to Naveen in this way, the majority of domestic tasks have always been done for me, therefor I have no idea of how to do it myself, I admit that I am also spoiled in this way. Naveen is very sweet, the proposal scene is simply adorable and I very much like the fact his opinion of marriage went from, marrying for money to marrying for love as the film went on. His looks are on his side as well.
3. The Protector
Like John Smith, I'm reluctant to refer to both of them as "Disney Princes" but to save confusion I thought I'd jump on the band wagon. Any whoo, I think Shang is a noble character, following in his father’s footsteps, dealing with great loss, having high status at a young age as well as being loyal and aware of his duty. It could be argued that Li Shang is too serious, however this is neglecting his job role of being Captain, of which begs for such a manner. His clumsy nature when talking to Mulan in the final scenes is very cute and evident that he now loves her very much. Additionally he is attractive, has a great singing voice (however I don't think it suits his character) and I consider him to be the most masculine of all the Princess' spouses.
2. Prince Ali...Fabulous he
I like Aladdin in the way that he is the modernised, male version of Cinderella with the rags to riches story, of course with a lot مزید action and many alterations. Like many princess شائقین we all have associations with particular princesses, I however have مزید childhood memories and associations with the character Aladdin, I always wanted to be as energetic and spirited as him and I always dreamed...and still do, of having a magic carpet ride, یا at least something very similar. I like how instead of the princess waiting یا looking for love, this story is of the prince searching for it. Additionally I love all the songs he sings, including "One Jump" and I also adore his formal Prince Ali wear and his determination in getting the girl he loves.
1. The Sailor Prince
One half of my favourite princess couple is "Mr. I Love Ariel" who is simply really cute. He is in my opinion the better looking prince and seems to be the most kind as well. The scenes where we see him in relation to the people of his kingdom warms me to him, however it is the tour of his kingdom he gives to Ariel where he gets his high rank in my list. Out of all the princes he seems to be the most in need of finding love (excluding Beasty) which I find enduring and relatable and I love the way that one scene he can seem like a nervous boy and the other a heroic man, two personas he switches between throughout the film that gives him great realistic depth.
