but both of them still get frustrated a lot easily though. I would say Jasmine gets angry easilym and Elsa gets all overwhelmed and frustrated easily.

I wouldn't go as far as to say Jasmine gets angry all the time. I just think Jasmine get's irritated, because people consider her to be dumber than she is ( because of her looks).

Elsa gets frustrated and teary-eyed because she has powers which she can't control; she's perpetually feeling helpless. Feeling helpless leads naturally to tons of FRUSTRATION.
