This is what I thought, except when singing Let it Go she thought the storm was only on the North Mountain (or something to that effect). Though the internal storm might make sense..

AudreyFreak picked Her misconception that the kingdom is against her:
She doesn't know she cast a spell, and her referring to her own struggle doesn;t make sense with those lyrics- it would be basically saying "Let my self-hatred continue- the negativity never bothered me anyway!"

I'm not entirely sure (I'm starting to see the lyrics' messages are very mixed up and not well thought out) but I think she means this. But she is still incorrect since absolutely nobody hates her.

Silverrose1991 picked Elsa's true self - so different from the quiet girl she was forced to be:
I always interpreted this way. It can't be the storm, I think, she doesn't know she has frozen over Arendelle, but it's been a while since I watched the movie.

I think she was going to let her powers out. Not hide them anymore. So she would "Let the storm rage on!"

3xZ picked The storm that Elsa has cast on Arendelle:
Doesn't mean she knows that she had made an eternal winter, but she no longer cares what will happen back there. Since storm is not always meaning 'a violent disturbance of the atmosphere with strong winds and usually rain, thunder, lightning, or snow'. Her storm means 'a tumultuous reaction; an uproar or controversy'.

Tygers_Eye picked Elsa's struggle with her powers - her internal storm:
"The wind is howling like this swirling storm inside..." (Bald-faced lie, by the way. No clouds, few snowflakes, and the wind was a gentle breeze. I could tell since a few snowflakes were falling around her, and they were fluttering gently, not being whipped around violently.) "Let the storm rage on!"
