It was with a friend and we thought we were in love but it didn't work out. We're still friends and she's actually married now. Unfortunately, I have very little of a love life. Any woman I end up liking is usually already in a relationship or doesn't think of me in that way. Blah, blah, blah same old story. But who knows? Might happen someday.

Nope. I never have been, and I don't think I ever will be. That phase is just gone. My youth is over, and as I advance in age, I don't exactly want that sort of relationship the way I might have craved it when I was younger.

Besides, all of the guys I've met during my life were fickle, and they were only out for ego-stroking, personal gain. That means, there's no guy left who has what I want. Which is okay. I've gotten over my own sadness and most of my loneliness, and chucked the unrealistic expectations of having and keeping relationships.

I've had a few guys ask me out, but I honestly couldn't see myself staying with any of them. I feel that we should be mutually attracted to each other and have similar values. But I also wouldn't have a problem if I Stayed single for life.
