Out of these, Stabbington brothers are least evil. They sort of make-up for themselves by telling Flynn about Rapunzel in the prison. They could have hidden the truth from Flynn.

I go with the Stabbingtons. Flotsam and Jetsam probably aided Ursula in capturing all the merpeople turned to polyps. They basically helped her enslave a bunch of innocent people. The Hun soldiers murdered and wiped out entire armies and towns. The Stabbingtons, all we really know is that they stole.

Agree with princesslullaby. Also Flotsam and Jetsam tried to drown Eric and they were the ones who spied on Ariel.

They're mostly just stole while the rest did more than what they did.

I think Hun Soldiers will win but I disagree. I am antimilitaristic but they are product of their culture. Don't get me wrong, their deeds are the most terrifying to me but I am not sure I can say that they are the most evil.

I think being a product of culture is a bad excuse because then it's like you think everyone is mindless robots who blindly follow culture and don't have their own original thoughts. If that was true culture would never change. The hun soldiers in Mulan clearly had a thirst to kill and terrorize
