From what we see in her movie, the second Tiana gets to bed she has to get up again, she didn't even have time to put pyjamas on. We see Cinderella wake up in her nighty, so it seems she at least gets more time for rest.
Besides, Tiana works because she chooses to, which makes her seem more hardworking to me too, since with Cinderella she's less hardworking and more hardworked. Like we know Tiana keeps a job even after getting her happy ending, I doubt Cinderella would. Not that she isn't hardworking too, I just think Tiana is more so, and that Tiana has a more inherently hardworking attitude, while Cinderella's is more of an attitude of willingness to kindly work if she has to.
