They kindof look similar but IMO there personalities are way different.

I ALSO THINK THEY ARE TOTAL OTP. Frollo likes hot people. Gothel likes being hot. They both share a hobby of stealing and locking children in tall buildings while telling them that society is evil.

She doesn't go around burning houses down but she would kill to get what she wants. Plus there's the whole kidnapping children and locking them up in towers thing.

But Frollo's a bit evil-er...I mean, she does try to stab someone and burn another, as opposed to raping her. This is much worse than locking someone up.
