I am surprised that Lady Tremaine is losing....she's one of the most evil if you ask me...she abuses Cinderella for YEARS. Did she try to kill her? No, but she literally makes her life a living Hell without magic.

But now, after rewatching Tangled a couple of days ago, I think Tremaine is a little less evil than Gothel, so I'm sorry I picked Gothel in the previous pick.
Gothel almost killed Flynn, it's more evil.
