Cinderella was eliminated she's 7 I now we are down to the really heroic girls even though Cinderella was heroic in her third movie but not as heroic as these girls who were heroic in their first movie I picked Belle because she was kinda a DID(A.K.A. damsel in distress) when theo wolves attacked her

She was a hero, but like KataraLover said, she's a damsel in distress more often than the others (not very often, but still). Also, her heroic deeds most often was only words, like when she saved Beast by saying "I love you".

Please tell me Snow White was eliminated. She is not very proactive.

It's a had choice between her and Belle. Belle did sacrifice herself to be the Beast's prisoner to save her father. Bell did save the Beast's life twice though (1st time after he protected her from the wolves 2nd time she caught him before he fell at the top of the catle). Ariel did save Eric once (after the ship sank. But both needed to be saved and I think Belle just does a little more.

I disagree Ariel did more than Belle did she saved Flounder from being eaten by a shark and Ariel saves Eric from drowding and she saved him again from Ursula when she tried to kill him andshe killed Flotsem and Jetsem that's not the actually main villian but still

Agree with kiraragirl200, but also I think that Ariel depended on others to be saved a whole lot, more than the other princesses left, at least I think...

Triton saved Ariel
Flounder and Ariel brought Ariel to the surface Sebastian taught Eric Ariel's name and nearly started the kissing
Eric rammed the boat into Ursula
Sebastian brought Triton over to save Ariel

Ariel would have been in really deep trouble if her sidekicks didn't do what they did, and Belle seemed to also have less of her own interests first.

Belle is more heroic than a lot of them.

@AllegroGiocoso: Ariel couldn't have told Eric her name- no voice, remember? And she could've just waited at the docks for her doom and let Eric marry the wrong girl, but instead she actually went out to do something. She didn't know how to swim with legs- she was only dependent because she wasn't able to do the things she wanted to on her own.
Also, she couldn't have killed Ursula herself with the boat because she didn't have legs, and she couldn't have gotten her father because A) she was sort of busy if you recall & B) she had legs at the time, not fins.

Most princesses would be in deep trouble in their sidekicks didn't do what they did (even Belle- she needed Chip's help to escape the cellar).

I can't belive that Jasmine might be leaveing before Belle I mean Jasmine is definatly more heroic than Belle don't get me wronge Belle is heroic but I mean come on

@firegirl1515- I get what you're saying... but this is relatively speaking, and she is still dependent in very large portions of the movie, while the others weren't as much in my opinion. It's not that Ariel is not heroic, I just find the others more so, even though Belle, Tiana, and Jasmine are not too much more heroic in my opinion. I think Ariel did MORE heroic things than Tiana and Jasmine, but she was not consistently more heroic. Plus, this is a BIG step from the prior princesses, which makes this pick hard. I'm not saying Ariel is not heroic, I just don't find her as heroic as the others.

EDIT: firegirl1515, I think I have to change my mind for now, you convinced me for this round... I am relatively on the fence here.

a) Belle saved her father. Twice. (From the Beast and the Asylum guy)
b) She fought the wolves with a stick, and when she got the chance to escape, she came back for Philippe and the Beast.
c) She saved the Beast. Twice also. (by saying "I Love You" in time and pulling his hand when he was about to fall)

a) Ariel saved Flounder from the shark.
b) Saved Eric. Twice.
c) Killed Flotsam and Jetsam.

a) Jasmine saved Aladdin by distracting Jafar.

So:
Belle: 5 heroic things
Ariel: 4 heroic things
Jasmine: 1 heroic thing

No, I never said that. It's just that I believe in the whole "actions speak louder that words" thing, so actions count more for me than words, therefore to me, Ariel is more heroic than Belle.

well for me Belle is by far more heroic. First thing which was saved by Ariel was her bag.. It shows that she's more foolhardy than heroic...

I'm not a huge fan of Ariel honestly, but she is very heroic! I watched her movie last night for the first time in ages, and she's definately more heroic than Jasmine and Belle.
