A few years back, some dedicated Animal Cops came upon a disturbing neglect case that took place in Texas. An animal owner tied their three dogs to a fence where they could not reach food یا water. Today I got an adorable dog. She is a fully white husky named Sitka. Sadly, she has had a tragic life. She was a stray at birth. Someone picked her up, and found that her eye was severely damaged.
