I guess it's when some people send u comments, یا other things, and u can see at the سب, سب سے اوپر of your page a new medal, it happened to me when i wrote a تبصرہ on a picture then the person who uploaded it wrote me back to say thank u and i got a medal... and it happened when i uploaded a picture too.. i donno if i'm right but i'm pretty sure i am, it happened to me.. try to لوڈ اپ some pictures and if someone تبصرے maybe u receive a medal (when i got the medal the تبصرہ said: thank u for this amazing picture..and so on, so i guess if u put something that people like u can have a medal..) i hope i was helpful :)
