Gwen´s Pov
I left Duncan with Courtney, hoping they would solve their problems without me... And anyway, seeing Duncan arguing with Courtney was kinda difficult for me.
I sat down near the dancefloor, with my head in my hands. I heard somebody walking سے طرف کی me. I was expecting that somebody to dont sit down beside me but that somebody didnt heard my silent wish. I didnt have to look up to know that the misterious guy was Trent.

-Hi Gwen -He said-. What are آپ doing all alone in a party? I thought Duncan was here with you.
-I was with him a few منٹ ago... But then we found Courtney and we started talking...
-What did Courtney told you?! -He asked angrily...
-She just ask me for forgiveness and for my friendship... She can be so sweet... But anyway, Duncan started calling her b*tch and then she was calling him jerk and i decided to leave them alone so that they could talk.

Trent didnt say anything. And i didnt want to talk either. The silence between us wasnt uncomfortable, which was really weird because with Duncan that kind of silence was always annoying.

-So -He کہا after ten منٹ یا so-. آپ trust in Courtney?
-Yeah... Why?
-Because she is Duncan´s ex.
-I know that but i also trust him. Why are آپ so worried about them? I mean its not like they are gonna kill each other... یا i hope so...

Trent laughed. I dont why suddenly Trent´s laugh was the best sound i´ve ever heard...

-I just worry about it because i dont want them to hurt you.

He was looking in my eyes. I fell in his, and it wasnt an uncomfortable feeling either.

Coutney´s Pov
As soon as i was out of Duncan´s vision i started running, looking for Bridgette. I wanted to go home. My دل was broken, nut this time i was the only guilty.

Luckily, Bridgette was having a drink when i found her.

-Courtney!! -She said, scared سے طرف کی the expression on my face-. What happened to you?

I couldnt answer but the tears started falling and i couldnt stop them.
Without saying a word, Bridgette took me سے طرف کی the arm and lead me upstairs, to her room. She closed the door as i turned the lights on.

-I... I wa-was ta-tal-talking...-The tears made difficult for me to speak-. with Gw-Gwen and Du-Du-Duncan was there with h-her and he w-was...
-Oh, Courtney! -Bridgette ran towards me and hugged me-. I should have known this was for him... Dont worry, he will never talk to آپ again if آپ dont want to...
-That´s not the reason! -I shouted. Bridgette looked at me, puzzled-. Well, not the complete reason.

The tears werent in my eyes anymore.

-First it started for something he کہا to me -I continued-. But then i was the one who surely was hurting him and i didnt care about it and then he seemed to be depressed and...
-You dont have to feel bad for him. He cheated on آپ in national TV and آپ feel regrets because آپ supposed آپ were too tough with him?
-No!! -Well maybe Bridgette was right...-. I wasnt crying because of that but because i broke my دل while trying to make him feel guilty!

Bridgette didnt say anything مزید after that. Maybe she understood that i felt bad for me and for him, یا maybe she understood that she couldnt understand me because she wasnt another girl with her broken heart. She was so lucky for having a boyfriend that loved her; i guessed Bridgette deserved that.

She hugged me again.
-Courtney, everybody is drunk so if آپ wanna stay here while the party ends they will understand.
-Thanks, Bridge. I think i need to be alone for a while.

She smiled sadly. I knew she wanted to do something else for me but there was nothing she could do.
I started crying again as soon as she left. I dont know how many hours i spent crying. I could hear a Britney´s song playing and then the silence came as i fell into my mind and fell asleep.

Duncan´s Pov
What had happened? Why was i talking to Courtney? Why was i making this stupid questions? I was still feeling that pain in my chest and was speechless when i saw Geoff coming towards me.

I didnt say anything when he arrived to where i was. I couldnt errase Courtney´s expresion from my mind and i could still hear her words in my ears... And i was feeling so guilty... Did i treat her that bad? I remembered all the things that i´ve done to her... That plans with Alejandro, cheated on her on national TV, called her "b*tch"... Tha pain in my chest was bigger with every memory.

-Dude!! -Geoff shouted at me. -Dude are آپ listening to me?
-Eh, what... Sorry Geoff, i wasnt paying attention...
-Of course آپ wasnt... Im drunk but im not stupid... What happens to you? آپ seemed to have your head in the clouds.
-Nothing, Geoff, whatever...
-I saw آپ talking with Courtney... Is for her?
-No...
-Dude, im your friend. آپ can trust me. Is for her?
-And what if it is for her?!!
-Oh, that آپ have a girlfriend and Courtney is your ex and آپ seemed to be thinking on your ex. Thats not good, dude.
-I know that, dude!!! And its not like im cheating on Gwen...
-No?? -he didnt believe me.
-No, i wasnt. Courtney would never do that. I was just remembering all the things that i´ve done to her...
-To Gwen یا to Courtney?! -Geoff was really drunk.
-To Courtney!!!

I was running out of patience.
-Oh, to her... Yes dude, آپ cheated on her on national TV and آپ didnt apologize.
-I apologized...
-No آپ didnt and then she was expelled because of those plans آپ built up with Alejandro...
-I know!!!
-So, why are آپ thinking about it? Its been like two years since TDWT and آپ didnt seem to have any regrets for that...
-Oh, shut up, Geoff... آپ are drunk, آپ dont know what are آپ talknig about...
-I can be drunk but im not stupid, dude...
-Yeah, yeah, whatever is the سیکنڈ time آپ say that.
-Yes, I know, but dude, i was going to say that i think i can realize when آپ are in love with a girl and i can say آپ are in love with one roght now...
-Yeah, i know... The lucky girl is Gwen...

Geoff laughed at me.
-No the lucky girl is not Gwen... Dude, that lucky girl is Courtney.

I looked at him shocked. He left without saying another word.
Suddenly the موسیقی was too annoying. I neede to find Court... I mean Gwen soon and we needed to get outta here.
