Katherine and Stefan were sitting in the living room while they were waiting for Amber to get downstairs. Stefan stared at her and tried to read her, which he couldn’t. Katherine was in dilemma. Stefan was here, sitting with her. Wasn’t that exactly what she had hoped for? The only obstacle were Amber and Elena, though Katherine believed Elena would be much easier to get rid of. Two words: Damon Salvatore. Speaking of which, the witch کہا she let him go. If that was true, where was he? And why hadn’t he told Katherine, when he knew how worried she’d been.
“I’m going to call him” she کہا eventually. Stefan blinked and nodded. He didn’t have to ask who she was talking about. “He…eh… he needs to know”
“Of course” Stefan agreed.
Katherine took her phone and dialed Damon’s number. The three سیکنڈ she had to wait seemed like an eternity. “Damon?” she asked hastily.
“Yeah” Damon confirmed.
“Where are you?” Katherine asked accentuating. “Bonnie کہا آپ and her were kind of… over”
“Kind of” Damon said. “She promised to leave me alone”
“Where are you?” Katherine repeated.
“I’m with Elena” Damon answered. “You want me to come over?” he کہا in a tone that sounded like that was the last thing he wanted. And Katherine could hear that. With a quick glance at Stefan she replied: “No, it’s okay. آپ can stay right where آپ are” She hung up.
“And?” Stefan informed.
“He’s fine” Katherine said.
“Well, where is he?” Stefan asked. Katherine shrugged and tried to avoid the question. If Stefan knew he was with Elena, he would go running straight to her and claim her. “He’s somewhere safe” she کہا avoiding.
“I’m not interested in his well-being, Katherine” Stefan کہا fiercely. That تبصرہ frightened Katherine a bit. She knew Stefan used to be a very bad person in the past, but she had always believed he cared for his brother. “If he has left Bonnie, it means he got what he wanted. I have no idea what that could be, but it sure as hell won’t be something good”
Katherine got up and started pacing around. She turned at Stefan and she looked really frustrated. “How many times do I have to say it?” she exclaimed. “Damon’s the victim here, not Bonnie. She’s crazy, I knew he shouldn’t go to her, but he didn’t listen, of course. But he’s okay now, so can’t آپ let it go?”
“Why didn’t آپ tell him I was back?” Stefan asked, pretending not to have heard any of Katherine’s speech. “I thought آپ کہا he needs to know”
Damn it. He had driven her into a corner and she saw no way to get out.
“I didn’t think about it” was the first excuse she came up with. Stefan breathed through his nose and pursed his lips. “Right” he said. “He’s with Elena, isn’t he?” He looked at Katherine. She didn’t answer, but the expression on her face کہا enough. “Wow, when did آپ become an open book?”
He got up and left the boarding-house.
Ten منٹ later the door opened and Meg appeared in the doorway. Cas’ دل jumped up, but Dean walked to the door and pushed Meg outside.
“What are آپ doing here?” he hissed.
“Sam called me. He کہا Cas wanted to see me before he died. Are آپ really going to deny him his last wish?” Meg asked disbelief.
“It’s for his own good” Dean کہا heartless and he grabbed Meg’s arm, dragging her to the stairs, leading to the ground floor.
“For his own good? He’s dying!” Meg exclaimed.
“And who’s fault is that? You’re the one that introduced him to Heather. آپ left that...

It was close to midnight and Zoey had buried Daphne’s body in the garden. She hadn’t meant to shoot Dean Winchester, but if he was dead, all the better for her. The less people that were in her and Cas’ way, the better.
Of course it would take Cas some time to forgive her, but their love would survive it. She hadn’t want to kill her sister, either, but there simply was no other way. Zoey was certain that wherever Daphne was now, she would understand. Daphne was at piece. She was with Martin, the most important person in her life.
And Zoey would be with Cas and then they would raise...

Meg staggered to the دیوار and stuck out her hand to find support. She let herself fall against the دیوار and sank down.
“He’s just lying there. He’s not responding to anything I say” she mumbled breathless. “When I find out who did this to him- and I will find out- I’m going to torture that bastard to death” She looked aside at Heather. “I want to help inspector Roberts”
“Okay, I think I know how to find her” Heather replied.
“And…someone has to call the Winchesters” Meg continued. “They’re his…family…If he…” Meg couldn’t get herself to finish. “They...

The door to the intensive care opened سے طرف کی itself and an instant later it closed again. Balthazar became visible and stepped slowly to the بستر Cas was lying in. There was a bandage around his head, and some kind of masker around his nose and mouth, attached to a ventilation device.
“I am so sorry, Castiel” Balthazar whispered as he lay his hand on the machine. “But I have no choice”
“What are آپ doing?” Anna asked sharp. Without turning around Balthazar mumbled: “Please, leave, Anna. I have to do this. Crowley will kill me if I don’t”
Anna walked to him with fierce steps. “If...

Alarmed سے طرف کی the blast Heather shoved the curtains in her living room aside. “Oh my God” she کہا shocked as she saw Meg’s body lying on the street. She ran outside, while she searched for her phone. When she realize she didn’t have it on her, she signed at a few passengers. “Don’t just stand there like some kind of idiots. Call 911!” she yelled angry.
She kneeled اگلے to Meg and lifted her T-shirt. She turned away and covered her mouth. There was an awful lot of blood.
Five منٹ later the ایمبولینس was driving to the hospital. Heather searched through Meg’s پرس, تھیلی and conjured...

Meg dropped the paper-knife and hurried back to Cas. He was still conscious, but he looked very pale and he had trouble keeping his eyes open. Meg slapped him softly in the face to make sure he wouldn’t fall asleep.
“Get dressed” Anna said. She threw some clothes at Meg and then stepped to Cas. She bent through her knees and touched his forehead. “He’s burning up again”
“He’s getting sick again?” Meg asked, trying not to sound worried, while she put on the clothes had دیا her.
Anna nodded. “Apparently human life is very hard for him. Seems like he can’t take a lot”...

Cas kicked the door of Meg’s motel room open. On his way he had tried to call her, but she wouldn’t answer her phone and at first sight she wasn’t here either.
“Meg!” Cas called. He received no response, so he checked the bathroom. She wasn’t there. Cas glanced at the clock. 10:03 pm. She would probably be on her way to her first customer, whoever that was. He needed an address. He walked to the table, hoping there would be a little note on it. But other than a dirty cup of coffee and a coffee stain, the میز, جدول was empty. He walked to the dresser and opened all drawers. He searched...

Crowley and Balthazar were standing opposite each other. Balthazar had summoned Crowley to have a one on one chat about Kevin.
“You must possess an incredible amount of nerve to meet me here on your own” Crowley کہا mundane.
“We’re kind of short on angels” Balthazar replied. “I know your time’s precious, so is mine, so let me cut to the chase, shall I?”
“Please” Crowley answered uninterested.
“You have something that belongs to us” Balthazar started.
“You mean the tablet?” Crowley asked with raised eyebrows. “Or Kevin?”
“Both” Balthazar answered.
“And you...

Cas took Ellen’s arm and disappeared. He landed in the ICU, اگلے to Jo’s bed.
“Warn me if someone’s coming. I don’t know how long this will take” Cas کہا dispassionately. Ellen nodded and walked to the door. She opened it and walked outside.
Cas sank down on the بستر and lay his hands on both Jo’s temples. He closed his eyes and prayed for Jo to open her eyes.
And she did. At first everything was a blur. She reached out her hand and touched Cas’ face. “Dean?” she mumbled weak. When Cas’ face became clearer she withdrew her hand. “I’m sorry”
Cas didn’t reply, but...

Cas appeared outside Dean’s room, ignoring the short shrieks of the nurses. He opened the door and Sam looked up.
“You came” he کہا relieved.
“I’m sorry I left” Cas said. “There were things I needed to take care of”
“Yeah, sure, but can آپ save that for later?” Sam said. “Right now we really need your help”
“What’s going on?” Cas asked numb.
“Zoey didn’t just shoot Dean. She also shot Jo” Sam said.
“Jo’s dead?” Cas asked soft. Sam shook his head. “No, not yet” he said. “But her life’s hanging سے طرف کی a thread and آپ might be her only hope”

Sam was sitting at Dean’s death bed, when the door opened and Ellen walked in. Sam was lost in grief, so he didn’t hear her. It wasn’t until she lay her hand on his shoulder that he looked up.
“Ellen?” he کہا confused. He hadn’t thought about calling anyone, so why was she here? “Did Cas call you?” he asked, though he knew that couldn’t be the case.
“No” Ellen کہا numb. “I had to be here” Then, with a little مزید strength in her voice, she said: “That کتیا, کتيا shot my daughter”
“What?” Sam exclaimed while getting up. “Well, where is she? Is she going to be okay?”...

Elena opened her eyes and gasped for air. She sat up and pulled the threads on her body. She climbed out of بستر and opened the door.
She covered her ears when she heard dozens of shoes stepping on the floor, people talking as if they were screaming through a megaphone.
“Shut up!” she screamed and a few staff members turned around.
“Are آپ alright, miss?” a nurse asked. Elena shook her head confused. She leaned against the room. Everything was a blur. “I’ll get a doctor” the nurse and she looked around to find one.
Elena hurried away. She was hungry. She needed to eat something...

They heard the door close and wondered who came barging in, until a familiar, female and British voice solved the mystery.
“Anyone home?” Rebekah called from downstairs.
“Ugh” Damon sighed. “I’ll go” He stood up and walked to the door, but when he wanted to open it, the door was slammed in his face and Rebekah barged in. She held a guy in her right hand and a blood bag in her left hand.
“What are آپ doing here?” Elena asked tired.
“I came to apologize” Rebekah explained flighty, while she tossed the bag to Damon. “I was wrong to bite you. It’s just that I busted Stefan smooching with that vamp strumpet and آپ look like her, so I got carried away. I don’t understand what it is that draws Stefan to women with your appearances. You’re not even that pretty”
“I appreciate your honesty” Elena شدہ تبصرہ sarcastically.
“Hey, I’m as open as your legs were last night” Rebekah replied blunt and Elena’s cheeks turned red.
Caroline parked her car on the parking lot of the school. Since Damon didn’t have a car anymore he couldn’t drive them and either way, Damon nor Elena minded being banned to the backseat of Caroline’s car.
“We’re there” Caroline said, excited and nervous.
“Yeah, آپ go ahead” Damon mumbled, before he kissed Elena.
“Come on, guys, not in my car” Caroline reproached. She stepped out of the car and walked around to Elena’s door. She opened it and pulled Elena out of the car. “Try to restrain yourself a little” she کہا with a sharp look at Elena.
Elena turned to Damon....

Summer 2007

Daphne and Roland were lying in the woods, enjoying the sun and playing like teenagers in love.
At the ساحل of the lake there was a handsome twenty-five سال old man.
“Go on, Martin” a female voice said. “You can do it”
Martin turned around. “Zoey!” he کہا enthusiastic and clapped his hands. Zoey came to him and he hugged her tight. “Martin loves Zoey”
Zoey caressed his hair. “I know, darling, I know” she کہا sweet. “You want to go take a dip in the lake?” she suggested.
Martin looked at her and she could see the conflict in his eyes. It was really hot and...

Cas examined the rectangle he had found on the floor of his cell. There had been a note on it. ‘A present from Meg. Use it when آپ need me’
A strange warmth filled Cas’ دل as he read the note over and over again as if it were a love letter. Somewhere behind all that tough acting Meg cared for him. He knew that now and when he got out he would find her and convince her to give him another chance. He wouldn’t be so needy anymore, he wouldn’t…chase her like a lost puppy.
“I’m starting to think someone wrote a novel on that small piece of paper” a British voice said.
Cas looked...

It was visiting گھنٹہ in prison and a guard told Cas someone wanted to see him. Cas expected to see Dean یا Sam, but when he entered the visitors room it was Zoey who waved at him discreetly.
The guard brought him to the میز, جدول and then withdrew himself. Cas sat down.
“Hi, Emmanuel” Zoey کہا full of compassion. “I’m sorry. Castiel, right? Daphne told me آپ found out who آپ are. How do آپ like your new old life?”
Cas looked around him, then back at Zoey and let his shoulders hang.
“I’m sorry. That was a stupid question” Zoey said.
“What are آپ doing here?” Cas wondered. “Why...

Anna materialized in Meg’s cell. Meg jumped up and crawled backwards. There was no evil bone in her host’s body that was considering on even trying to take the angel down.
“Don’t worry, I’m not here to hurt you. I have strict orders and when I’m done I’ll be gone” Anna said.
“Strict orders سے طرف کی who?” Meg asked.
Anna conjured her sword and Meg’s eyes widened in fear. But Anna cut her own arm and put the sword away again. She elevated to the ceiling and drew the Key of Solomon.
“Not again, come on!” Meg exclaimed. “I already promised Sam I wouldn’t get out until they’re...

“Oh, you’re an angel” Meg کہا dry.
“You’re welcome” the angel said.
“Are آپ going to kill me?” Meg wanted to know.
“No”
“Are آپ here to mock me?” Meg asked a little annoyed.

The اگلے morning.
Jo woke up, because someone was banging the door.
“Mr. Allen? Open the door!” a female voice said.
Jo stumbled out of بستر and wiped her eyes. She walked to the door and opened it. There were two inspectors, a man and a woman.
“Good morning, miss. I’m inspector Roberts, this is my colleague inspector Williams” Isabel said, دکھانا her badge. “We need to talk to Emmanuel Allen. We were told we could find him here”
Jo frowned and shook her head. “I don’t know anyone with that name. آپ have the wrong house”
Inspector Williams searched in his bag and conjured a picture. “Maybe this might help you?” he said. Jo’s eyes widened and she took the picture. “I know him” she admitted. “But his name’s not Emmanuel. It’s Castiel”
