I think overall it's ross because he's the one that had a stable job all along. Rachel at the beginning was a waitress and only at the end she got a good job, phoebe not a lot, chandler went through a period with no job and then he had to start from the beginnning, joey is the most unstable although when he was in Days of our lives he probably made good money, and monica only by the end she was the main chef.
Ross always had a stable job and then he got another one as a professor so I think overall he has the most money....
