This is is the song "Brothers" (or "Bratja") in both English and Russian (and the english is sung سے طرف کی Vic Mignogna, who played Ed.) It's a beautiful, haunting theme; and so perfect for the Elric brothers. I hope آپ enjoy this as much as I did.
