As Cuddy was frantically trying to get رات کے کھانے, شام کا کھانا ready, she was nervous about Arlene and Blythe coming for رات کے کھانے, شام کا کھانا and also a little sad that House would be leaving the اگلے morning for Mexico.

"How's the hip?" House asks Arlene who is now cradling a sleeping Joseph.
“My hip is better.”
“How’s your drug problem?”

"Of course not;” you're the cutest person I know.
"What about Uncle Wilson?"

"So Greg, what religion are آپ planning to raise Joseph in?" Blythe asks.
"Hmm I don't know. I never thought about what religion we would pretend Rachel and Joseph were aligned with. Whatever Cuddy wants is the best." He replies.
"I was raised Jewish, and I'm raising Rachel Jewish. So it only makes sense to raise Joseph Jewish." Cuddy explains.
"Presbyterian is a great religion to raise a child with.”
"So you're Presbyterian?" Arlene asks. That is not really a religion."
"Yes it most certainly is and we are very proud of our religion."
"How can آپ be proud of such a useless religion?"
"Useless?! You're the ones that can't eat pig!!" Blythe shouts.

"Okay ladies," House interjects, "How about we just stop there and enjoy our meal."

"After driving it through Lisa's house, it must be in pretty rough shape."

After another silence, Blythe asks, "So how's life with Joseph now Lisa?"
"Very tiring, but he's worth it." Cuddy replies.
House nods his head in agreement.
A short time later, رات کے کھانے, شام کا کھانا was finished, and Arlene and Blythe retired to the living room with the kids as House and Cuddy begin clearing the dishes.
The grandmas were playing with the children while getting them ready for bed.
As they were washing dishes House noticed something missing. “Where is the ring”, he asked Cuddy?

They returned to the living room where both mothers were ready to leave. House helped his mom on with her کوٹ and thanked her for coming.
Cuddy was hugging her mom goodbye as she took Joseph from her arms. I love آپ mom.
“You know that I love آپ Lisa.” I am tough but I love you.
“I know mom.”
House I guess I will be seeing آپ in the future. “Don’t screw it up this time.”
“Thanks for the encouragement mom.”
She looked back at him with squinted eyes but she knew something had changed in him. Their eyes never left each other as they stood at the door.
“I love her Arlene.”
“I know that.”
She put her arms around him just a bit, as he tensed just slightly. Don’t blow it because she loves you.
He nodded as he she stepped away and walked out the door.
He went into the living room where Cuddy was holding Joseph and Rachel was curled up into her. Rachel had fallen asleep and as House leaned down he picked her up and carried her to bed. When he returned he informed Cuddy that she had a warm bath and that he would take Joseph and put him to sleep.
When she returned into the room after taking a bath he was holding Joseph and he had actually went to sleep with him in his arms. The picture of it took her breath away. She could hardly believe she was looking at the same man she had wanted since the first time she had saw him and he was now holding “their” baby. He was the man she wanted. She could finally just be honest with herself and acknowledge he was the only man she would ever be able to love. She gently removed Joseph from his arms but he awoke immediately.
“I am going to put him to bed.” Go lay down and I will be in a few minutes.
“Are آپ sure آپ want me to stay Cuddy?
Yes, “I don’t ever want آپ to leave.”
She took Joseph in and laid him down and returned to the bedroom to find that House sitting on the edge of the bed.
She sat down beside him and he noticed she had put the ring back on.
He took her hand and he held it for moment and then brought it to his lips and as he kissed her hand gently. He then ran his hands through her hair as he looked deeply into her eyes.
He tried to speak but the moment was too overwhelming to find any words that would convey how he felt. As she looked into his eyes she knew what was in his heart.
It’s our time House. After all that we have been through it is finally our time. You’ll always be the دن I fell in love.
He made love to her. It was gentle and soft and they were totally consumed سے طرف کی each other.
For a change he fell asleep first. She was lying in his arms as she felt him relax she held tight to him for just a moment. “I love آپ House.”

He took Joseph from Cuddy for a moment; and he just stared at him. I love آپ son and I will always try to listen to you. With that he hugged him tight and put him in the arms of Marina.
“On the way out Cuddy told مرینا she would be a little late.”
House looked back at مرینا as she nodded and assured him she would help Senora Cuddy while he was away.
He nodded and winked at her as Cuddy was pulling him out of the door.
As they arrived at the airport Cuddy was trying to prepare herself to say good-bye. He took the hand that was wearing the promise they had made to each other.
“I love the way this looks on you.”
“I love the way it feels on me.” I’m going to miss آپ so much. آپ stay out of the bars and no senoritas یا hookers. “Comprender?”
“Aww mom.” “What do I need with a hooker when I have a picture of آپ and a sock?” آپ stay away from bankers and private detectives.
“Deal.”
“I have to go.”
“She took her finger and traced and x across his lips” as she pulled him down to her lips and the kiss deepened immediately.
“What was the x for”, he asked?
“I was saving my place.”

She watched his plane taxi down the run-way. “Please be محفوظ and come home”, she was saying to herself.
As her دن went on she was still waiting to hear from House. She had been busy but her mind was still consumed with him. After this long journey they had taken the road had led to the other one’s heart. They had found a ہوم with each other and she was completely happy.
“As she was preparing for a meeting Wilson came in.”
“I haven’t heard from him yet Wilson.” He should be calling any time now.
Cuddy I……..
