"Yummy. That's really good Luke."

"No. It's perfect."
"Was work perfect today too?"
"Hectic as usual. House wanting approval on crazy dangerous procedures and of course donors who want special tours..."
"Well, it's over now. Here." Luke کہا as he passed her a glass of white wine.
"Thanks. How was your day?"
"Let's see. Kirk wanted to pay for his meal with a jar of pennies,Taylor wanted me to give him permission to put an 'old time سینڈوچ stand' in front of my diner,and Miss Patty kept asking me if my new lovely doctor girlfriend knew any handsome male doctors that she wouldn't mind setting her up with..."
"So, آپ had a perfect day." Cuddy کہا with a grin.
"Yeah, I think I'll write a song about it." He replied deadpanned.
Cuddy walked up to Luke and placed a kiss on his cheek.
"I have news."
"Good? Bad?"
"Wilson and Lila are getting married."
"So it's bad."
Cuddy playfully hit him on his shoulder.
"I know Wilson has a bad history when it comes to marriage but him and Lila seem really good for each other."
"Well, you've known him longer than I have. I'll trust your judgement." He کہا as he began fixing Cuddy a plate.
"Lila wants us to come over tomorrow for a celebratory dinner. She's making Thai."
"I hate Thai."
"You can like it for one night."
"Whose gonna be there? I mean do I have to get into innane small talk with lots of relatives I'll never see again anyway..."
"...Cate and House along with other doctors you've met at the hospital will be there."
"Fine...I can like Thai for one night." He کہا as he gave Cuddy her plate.
The two sat down at the dining میز, جدول and ate silently for a few minutes.
"Cate and House have been serious for quite awhile now. Almost six months together."
"That's nice."
"She's really good for him. She challenges his obstinate, self loathing, destructive nature, and still finds time to laugh with him."
"She's a saint. He's such a hardass most of the time I'm surprised any woman can stand him." He کہا as he cut into his chicken.

Luke rolled his eyes.
"I am not Mr. Sunshine but I'm also not on a mission to piss everyone off that comes into my orbit. He may be a medical genius, Lise, but he's also a major jerk."
Cuddy sighed and shook her head.

Okay, this poem is basically in Cuddy's POV kind of to House. I wrote it to be kind of Cuddy's personal thing, but of course, it turned into Huddy. My first مضمون on this spot AND Huddy poem, so please tell me what آپ think! It's short and might be a bit confusing at first, but here it goes;

Once again a vacant world to me

That it was one of the few things
I was missing.
