Later that day, Lisa had to shoot some scenes with Omar and Jesse. She was really glad that she was able to escape Hugh for at least few hours. Sadly, she knew this couldn’t go on forever. And she decided to do something about it. She was aware of the power that he had over her, that he had had for several years. She knew that the only way to escape him for good is to do what she was about.
Hugh was at his home, having breakfast with his wife Jo. There was an awkward silence, the only thing that آپ could here were utensils meeting the dishes. Hugh didn’t even care to praise his wife on a well-prepared breakfast. He didn’t care about anything. He didn’t think about anything. Other than Lisa, that is. Other than what happened that morning. He still couldn’t believe it. He couldn’t believe that he actually left when he could have stayed. But again, he knew she was right. He knew how she must have felt and he hated himself for putting her in that position. It could have been different; he could have made it different. But he couldn’t find courage to do so.
She was in David’s office patiently awaiting his return from set. She hated that room; it was the place they first met. She hated everything about the دکھائیں she was in. She hated herself for falling for a co-star. She hated herself for what she was about to do.
David came in to find Lisa looking at the pictures on the walls of his office. There were some shot on the set, one with the whole crew, one only with Katie and David, some of them shot at the award shows, several of them دکھانا the whole House md. crew celebrating the win and the last one. The one that burnt Lisa’s eyes, the one that she wished was burnt. It was a picture of Hugh and Lisa caught off set, rehearsing for the scene. At least that was what others thought they were doing.
David took a نشست and Lisa sat down too.
“What seems to be a problem?” David asked, a little bit amused سے طرف کی Lisa’s visit.
“I want out.” She sad with an unsteady voice.
“Sure… just wait for Hugh to come, finish your scene and آپ can go home.” David کہا with a smile.
“That’s not what I meant, David… I need to… I want to quit.” Lisa finally said.
David froze.
