1).When آپ wake up wake up with his name
اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِىْ اَحْيَانَا بَعْدَ مَا اَمَاتَنَا وَ اِلَيْهِ النُّشُوْرُ
Alhamdu lillaahil-lathee 'ahyaanaa ba'da maa 'amaatanaa wa'ilayhin-nushoor.
Praise is to Allah Who gives us life after He has caused us to die and to Him is the return.

2).When آپ look into mirror remember who made آپ beautiful.
اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ حَسَّنْتَ خَلْقِي فَحَسِّنْ خُلُقِي
Allahumma anta hasanta khalqi fahassin khuluqi
O Allah, just as آپ have made my external features beautiful, make my character beautiful as well

3).When آپ eat your food remember who gave آپ that
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَعَلَى بَرَكَةِ اللَّهِ
Bismillahi wa'la barkatillah
In the name of Allah and with the blessings of Allah I begin.

4). When آپ finish eating praise him.
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَحْيَانَا بَعْدَ مَا أَمَاتَنَا وَإِلَيْهِ النُّشُورُ
Alhamdu lillaahil-lathee ahyaanaa ba’da maa amaatanaa wa ilayhin-nushoor.
All praise is for Allah, who gave us life after having taken it from us, and unto Him is the Resurrection.

5).When enter in bathroom remember him and he will protect آپ from evil.
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْخُبْثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ
Allahumma innee a’uuthubika minal khubthi wal khabaa’ith.
O Allah, I seek refuge in آپ from all evil, and evil doers.

6).When آپ leave the bathroom
غُفْرَانَكَ اَلْحَمْدُ لِللَّهِ الَّذِيْ أَذْهَبَ عَنِّيْ الأَذّىَ وَ عَافَانِيْ
'Ghufrannaka Alhamdu-Lillahilladhi Adh-haba A'nnil Adhaa Wa-A'faani
O Allah. I seek your forgiveness. All praises are due to Allah who has taken away from me the discomfort and granted me comfort.

7).When آپ leave your ہوم remember him
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ ، تَوَكَّلْتُ عَلَى اللَّهِ وَﻻﹶحَوْلَ وَﻻﹶقُوَّةَ إِﻻﱠ بِاللَّهِ
Bismillaahi tawakkaltu ‘a-lal-laahi walaa hawla walaa quwwata illaa billaah.
In the name of Allah, I place my trust in Allah, and there is no might nor power except with Allah.

8).When آپ enter the ہوم
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَلَجْنَا، وَبِسْمِ اللَّهِ خَرَجْنَا، وَعَلَى رَبِّنَا تَوَكَّلْنَا
Bismillaahi walajnaa, wa bismillaahi kharajnaa, wa a’laa rab-binaa tawak-kalnaa
In the name of Allah we enter, and in the name of Allah we leave, and upon our Lord we place our trust

9). When آپ do wudhu
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ
Bismillah
In the name of Allah

10).When آپ go to sleep rest in peace with his name.
اَللّهُمَّ بِسْمِكَ أَمُوْتُ وَ أَحْيَ
Allahumma Bismika amootu wa-ahyaa.
O Allah, with Your name I die and live.
(If I forget some please add سے طرف کی yourself)
