well no cos when their lives supposibly 'went wrong' they were both old enough to take care of them selves.
and plus i know Brittney's life went kinda wrong but Jamie-Lynns is fine and there is nothing wrong with getting pregnant at 16!

it's both. a mom needs to raise their kids and teach them what not to do. and a kid needs to have self control and know right from wrong. if the mom would have raised them better they probably would be a lot better (not that i don't love jamie and britney)
