No he didn't go crazy. Joaquin is a Scorpio Tiger which naturally makes him مزید immune than most to the darker side of life. It's apparent from the roles he chooses that he is able to go where angels fear to tread - add this to his remarkable intensity and we have been very lucky to experience this amazing actor's work.
