I wouldn't consider having his baby unless he's willing to take some part in being a father to it. And if he's willing to pay for all the surgery that I'll get for complications. (I'm 4 ft something and I have a wire in my stomach that could brake if it's pulled too much so it would be difficult.) And to another part of your question, I would probably do it naturally AFTER he makes some sort of commitment.
