I love both as characters and think both of them have potential as people. However, I view Miki as a better person because she tried a lot harder to avoid conflict and let go of the past, even if her tactics were flawed. At least Naoka owns her flaws, though. In the end, Naoka had understandable reasons for her actions, but it of course did not justify her actions. This debate is a sign of great character writing imo.
