In the ending, where did Sebastian take Ciel and what did he do to him there?

Yesterday they aired the last episode here, and sebastian takes ciel to an island and its time to take ciel s soul, so sebastian says he ll make it less painful but ciel wants to be very painful. In the end, they دکھائیں sebastian s face coming towards ciel, probably to take away his soul
