plot: Basically just follow the lyrics...BUT all in all, Miley is greiving over the loss of Lilly. Lilly had cancer and knew she was dying. She accepted that and wanted to spend time with her family and not in some cold hospital.
Plot: Lilly and Miley WERE together...but Lilly found Oliver, thus ending it with Miley. Miley doesn't take the rejection well. She doesn't understand what she did wrong, but warns Lilly of Karma. "What goes around...comes back around..."
Basically...Lilly and Miley had a fight. they decide to take a break. miley is fighting her will to see Lilly, but knows the seperation is for the best
