I don't really know, I was wondering about that, too. The only thing I could really think of (except maybe that she forgot about him)would be that maybe she never saw him? یا never saw him close enough to realize it was him?
On that note, before all the flashes, had Rousseau and Jin ever been in a scene together?
if rousseau and jin have not been in a scene together,it can be an answer...but ,unfortunately i think that lost writers come up with ideas as seasons go on and this leads many times to confusion...Many people blame them for not knowing what the hell is going on with the show...
That's a good question... the only thing I could think of is that either she'd only seen him in 1988, and/or something happens that we don't know about, kind of like with kid Ben and Sayid?

آپ see the fact that ben does not remember sayid is explained in episode "whatever happened,happened" , where Richard takes injured Ben into the Temple.Due to an unknown process yet, Ben forgot that this ever happened...
Maybe it was kinda like what happened to Desmond and Daniel Faraday... how he only remembered the message that Dan gave him after it happened in the past?...
