i feel like in adaptations it's easier to mess up side characters, i was thinking about how much less sympathetic the anime made this one character when i had been on her side in the manga, and i do like sephiria in the anime but the adaptation is totally different from the Sephiria in the manga that i adore, but this poll is just for the ultimate fave so i've gotta say the anime did kyoko justice and i love her the same, and boo hoo for all the faves i haven't seen animated

@candylover246 i didn't mean do you like your fave anime character> your fave manga character, i meant did the anime do your manga character justice and therefore you like both interpretations about the same, sometimes in adaptations characters do a 180 in terms of personality like sephiria in the manga is a quiet but manipulative boss who puts the need of chronos above everything because she believes that without it the world would be in trouble with no illusions about how they go about it, in the anime adaptation however she's loud rash and almost naive in her zealot like belief in chronos and is eventually betrayed by the people within chronos, COMPLETELY different from her manga counterpart. there was also a change in nabari no ou with the mind reader. The mind reader in the manga i like but i hate her in the anime. same character but due to adaptation differences in her motive, i only like one version of her.
So I was asking do you like them regardless of what form they took
For skip beat the anime did her justice so i like manga AND anime kyoko where there was a possiblity where i might not like her in the anime if they'd changed her personality or motives or messed up something about her.
From what i can tell though they also did your favorite manga character justice in the anime and you like them the same :) i just wanted to clarify what i meant by the question
