Okay, this may seem a little odd to a lot of people here but I think Morgana&Merlin makes a better couple. I was never very interested in Arwen anyway. Neither in the show nor in the legends, I never LUVED Arwen so much. I like them, yes, the romantic relationship between them is so sweet but I dont adore it.

But the hatred kind of relationship that Mergana have is amazing. In the legends, they dont really have that kind of something between them though but in the show, they are marvelous. And in the legends, I luv their fights, their wars... I dunno, I luv the tension between them. Even though Mergana is not even a real couple I luv them. But of course I like Arwen too.

@louvreangel I absolutely understand you. I like them too as a couple, theit tension, angst and hate..I usually prefer drama than romance but I like Arwen more because they have both and they are just lovely and epic. <3T
those two couples are my faveotite couples on the show.

I am not a fan of Merlin and Morgana as a couple. So this was easy. I feel it is not a love-hate relationship. But dislike/hate. I also feel that since Morgana is not a good villain. She is not good enough to play Merlins opponent or enemy. It would just be weird. Luckily they are not anything near a couple.

I love Arthur and Gwen together.

Alright, this may seem reeeeeeeally weird, but I chose Arwen.. I'm not sure about this choice but between these two couples..
I chose this because I think this season (if Gwen improves a bit more like she has been improving from season to season so far) and if more drama and interesting stuff goes on between Arthur and her, I think I may start liking this couple a bit more (even though I'll always have my favourites :)

Whereas Mergana, atm is completely off to me. Their relationship now is drawn to hatred, there's nothing left but that... Plus, the one who should be by Merlin's side is Freya <3 (In my opinion) :)
And it really pisses me off to know that Morgana could still be this sweet, caring person, using her powers for good, if Merlin had told her about his magic (this way he wouldn't have to try to poisen her either).. Of course this is the writors fault, but talking about characters, that's were they stand atm. However I'd like to see them as friends again :)

@rita HALLELUJAH ! see , i liked gwen in season 1/2 but she won me over this season and im sure she will kick ass in season 4 and about arwen...there is no doubt that they have a lot of potentials

Of course they have potencial.. The whole story is about them so it's obvious that every kind of romantic stuff that happens in the show is mainly about them.. So yes, I'm curious to see what will happen between them, but that doesn't change what I think about them as a couple atm and doesn't change my favourite ships on the show :)

About Mergana, I can understand too, since I'm an ArMor fan I guess I can understand why people like other couples apart from Arwen, but in my opinion it's veeeery difficult to get them together now on the show, and well I also don't ship them x)

^actually the mergana fans usually ship arwen.
merlin+morgana and arthur+gwen => there is no ship war
armor and arwen => armor who?

I adore both of them, but Mergana has and always will be my favorite. Arwen are cute, and they have their good moments, but the complexity of Mergana truly draws me in.

Arwen is and will happen and, according to some legends Merlin and Morgana happen too but it would be a bit 'twisted' for BBC tea time. Still, the looks those two shared in series 3 ..? :O
