Is what they are saying about the Minecraft movie true?

I'm hearing a lot about this lately, but It kind of sounds....strange? a game where آپ survive, but never really die forever, fighting monsters, and Punching trees which then float in the air?! how could that possibly become a movie?! I guess WB has their own ideas یا something, but like would it use 'real people' and scenery, یا will it be like those little animated shorts that آپ can find on YouTube?
