Mostly I'm asking this question out of curiosity, because in the last few months I've had to re-add a dozen or so videos that I'd already posted to the spot. Usually when a video is reported as broken, an automatic notification is generated to my Inbox, so I can fix it. But I didn't receive any notifications for any of these videos - they just disappear. I'm interested in knowing whether this is limited to my experience, or whether others have seen this (possibly buggy) behavior, too.
